Probleme explorateurs internet + Processus

Bonjour,

Voilà, après de nombreuses recherches infructueuses je vous fait part de mon problème.

Depuis quelques temps mes explorateurs bloquent tous en meme temps ( j'ai safari, iexplorer + firefox ).
Ils cherchent dans le vent, ils moulinent, alors que je suis connecté a internet. La seule solution que j'ai trouvé c'est de me connecter avec le navigateur de real player, qui lui marche!
En fait cela se bloque qq temps (c'est variable ) après que j'ai démarré l'ordi. Des que je le redemarre, je peux a nouveau utiliser mes explorateurs comme si rien n'etait.
J'ai remarqué que dans mon process , j'ai 3 real player qui sont ouverts (alors qu'un seul tourne) et un firefox que je n'arrivent tout les 4 pas a stopper dans mon process!

J'ai fait un scan spybot + cc cleaner + tuneup
