Iphone qwerty/azerty

I know the topic is outdated, but maybe my answer will help someone, who knows?

I recently switched from French to English (language + Qwerty keyboard) and I ultimately wanted to switch back to French (language + Azerty), but making changes in the general settings doesn’t change the keyboard in SMS.

To switch from Qwerty to Azerty, all you need to do is click on the globe located to the right of the space bar:

Hi, I have the same problem as you, with the same iPhone.
What's surprising is that for editing contacts, the keyboard is in azerty, but for other applications (safari, sms,...), it's in qwerty.

Anyway, if anyone knows a way to convert this keyboard, it would help a lot.

Hello, I don't know if this will help you or not, but if you want your iPhone keyboard not to be AZERTY, it's definitely for the accents. I've done a lot of research, but nothing worked out. I managed to get the accents, and I'll explain: press and hold the E, and it will show you all the accents.
