Bonjour,je posede un ordinateur portable depuis 4 mois (un packard bell) apres 4 mois mon ordninateur est devenue len internet prend du temps a souvrir et les programe pareils.je joue a des jeux en reseux(counter strike) mais depuis 2 mois lorske je lance aplication steam et que je lance couter strike mon pc prend 15 minute a se conecter au seveur les jeux salume il rest bloker. msn fonctionne rarement .devrége lformater mon pc? merci de vos reponses

les deux lorque je veux ouvrir un fichier sur mon bureau mon ordinateur me di que le programe aun probleme ou il prend 2 3 minute a souvrir

ah merde sous vista je connais pas trop je pense que sa doi etre pareil que xp demarer poste de travail clik droit sur ton disque local apres outils apres defragmentation

ben jai suivi tes instruction jai trouver formater mais il me mette " ous ne pouvez po formater ce volume.il contient la version windows.que vous etes en train d utiliser.le formatage de ce volume risqu dempecher l ordinateur de fonctioner.FAQ sur les formatage des dique et ses lecteur"

pour defragmenter sous vista
faut aller dans ordinateur
clic droit sur le disque C
outil
defragmenter maintenant

pendant ce temps fais ça (pour voir si tu es infecté)

CTRL+ALT+SUPP pour ouvrir le Gestionnaire des tâches.
Puis rends toi à l'onglet "Processus". Clique en haut à gauche sur Fichiers et choisis "Exécuter"

Tape explorer.exe et valide. Cela fera re-apparaître le Bureau

double clic sur hijackthis

et chois do a system scan and save a logfile

puis copie colle le rapport du bloc note dans ta prochaine réponse

ok t es infecté fais ça :

Fais un scan avec cet antispyware :

Telecharge malwarebytes + tutoriel :

-> https://www.malekal.com/tutoriel-malwarebyte-anti-malware/

Tu l´instale; le programme va se mettre automatiquement a jour.

Une fois a jour, le programme va se lancer; click sur l´onglet parametre, et coche la case : "Arreter internet explorer pendant la suppression".

Click maintenant sur l´onglet recherche et coche la case : "executer un examun complet".

Puis click sur "rechercher".

Laisse le scanner le pc...

Si des elements on ete trouvés > click sur supprimer la selection.

si il t´es demandé de redemarrer > click sur "yes".

A la fin un rapport va s´ouvrir; sauvegarde le de maniere a le retrouver en vu de le poster sur le forum.

Copie et colle le rapport stp.
