Erreur ./configure C compiler cannot create

bash : urpmi : commande introuvable

remarque : j'ai fait machin truc muche logiciel ça n'a pas marché ;-((
en fait je voudrais installer webcam_server-0.50
et voilà toussa :

dans synaptic pas de gcc
alors j'ai fait au hasard : sudo apt-get install gcc

ben voila j'ai installé par synaptic webcam-server
mais je ne le trouve pas dans le menu des applications sur le tableau de bord
?

quant à installer les packages deb c un peu trop hard pour moi

apparemment webcam-server est donc installé :
