Bonjour,

Je viens d'acquérir il y a quelques jours un portable sous vista
sur lequel j'ai voulu installé l'antivirus AVG

j'ai systématiquement ce message d'erreur

    je procède par étape, il y a la mention : Reiniciar para completar la Limpieza

    donc on verra bien ce que ça donne en mode sans échec ! quoi que le rapport ne mentionne pas la restauration de la clé safeboot ...

    il existe plusieurs methodes pour virer cette bébétte !

    Parfait !

    Télécharger ComboFix (par sUBs) sur le Bureau : http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe

    * Démarrer en mode sans echec
    * Double cliquer combofix.exe.
    * Appuyer sur la touche Y (Yes) pour démarrer le scan
    * Le rapport sera crée dans: C:\Combofix.txt, poste le stp

    télécharge ceci :https://www.commentcamarche.net/telecharger/ 34055379 malwarebyte s anti malware
    * Installez le programme sur le bureau :
    o S'il manque le fichier COMCTL32.OCX, vous pourrez le télécharger ici
    * Faites les mises à jour (clic sur Mises à jour puis Recherche de mises à jour)
    * Démarrez en mode sans échec
    * Lancez le MalwareByte's Anti-Malware, cliquez sur Exécuter un examen complet puis Rechercher et sélectionnez tous tes disques durs
    * Une fois le scan terminé, cliquez sur supprimer (si un message demande à redémarrer le PC, acceptez !)
    * Un rapport sera généré, enregistrez le de manière à le retrouver

    je me permet juste une petite insertion dans le sujet pour dire ce-ci :

    je rappelle que bagle est amené par le téléchargement d' un crack et qu'il se relance dès que tu te sers de celui ci ; même si tu ne sers pas, il peut se relancer de lui même au démarrage de ton PC . En claire :
    Essaye surtout de te rappeler si réçament tu n' as pas clicker sur un "patch" ou un "keygen"pour instaler un logiciel, un jeu cracké ou avoir une version complète d'un soft , et qu'il ne se soit rien passé de particulier ... C'est la que les bagles s'infiltrent ! Si tu retrouves ce crack en particulier ,scratch tout ( le crack, le soft ou encore les zip consernés). Si tu ne te rappelles plus trop , je te conseille fortement de supprimer tous les patchs qui sont sur ton PC ... ;)

    ==> ouvrez une invite de commande et entrez la ligne suivante :
    o findstr /S /I /M /L "Themida" C:\*.exe>>"%userprofile%\bureau\Startvir.txt"
    o Le fichier Startvir.txt sur le bureau listera les fichiers suspects trouvés, il vous suffira après interprétation des résultats de supprimer les fichiers.

    on continue !

    Télécharge SDFix sur ton bureau

    http://downloads.andymanchesta.com/RemovalTools/SDFix.exe

    Double clique sur SDFix.exe et choisis Install pour l'extraire dans un dossier dédié sur le Bureau.
    Redémarre ton ordinateur en mode sans échec
    Ouvre le dossier SDFix qui vient d'être créé sur le Bureau et double clique sur RunThis.cmd pour lancer le script.
    Appuie sur Y pour commencer le processus de nettoyage.
    Il va supprimer les services et les entrées du Registre de certains trojans trouvés puis te demandera d'appuyer sur une touche pour redémarrer.
    Appuie sur une touche pour redémarrer le PC.
    Ton système sera plus long pour redémarrer qu'à l'accoutumée car l'outil va continuer à s'exécuter et supprimer des fichiers.
    Après le chargement du Bureau, l'outil terminera son travail et affichera Finished.
    Appuie sur une touche pour finir l'exécution du script et charger les icônes de ton Bureau.
    Les icônes du Bureau affichées, le rapport SDFix s'ouvrira à l'écran et s'enregistrera aussi dans le dossier SDFix sous le nom Report.txt.
    Enfin, copie/colle le contenu du fichier Report.txt dans ta prochaine réponse sur le forum,
