Bonjour, je viens d acheter un pc portable et quand je me connecte a entrecoquins.com ma cam se fiche au bout de quelques minutes et me fais planté le site tandis que sur mon pc de bureau cela fonctionne nickel est cee que ca pourrais provenir de mon portable ou de internet merci beaucoup

Ok. On va essayer de trouver une solution, on va donc regarder ce que l'on peut faire.

Tu utilises la même connexion entre le PC de bureau et le PC portable ?
Comment est protégé le PC portable ; anti-virus, pare-feu, anti-spywares ?

bonsoir et merci de m avoir repondu alors le portable est connecté en wifi donc meme connexion il est protégé par avast et le pare feu windows et pas d anti spywares merci

Bonsoir,
je suis dans le même cas que bettybooopp, ma web cam se fige sur différents programmes: MSN, comment ça va, Skype...Je suis sous win XP Pack 3, Kaspersky internet security 7, pas de parre feu windows mais kaspersky,pas de connexion wifi. Ma cam fonctionne parfaitement seule .Les derniers drivers ont été chargés. Je suis sec maintenant et une aide serait géniale. Merci d'avance.

Y'a matière à travailler, peut-être une piste ?! Mais pour le moment fais ceci et je t'indiquerais quoi faire ensuite

Ouvre HijackThis

Clic sur "open the misc tools section"
Clic sur "open uninstall manager"
Clic sur "Save list" dans la fenêtre qui va s'ouvrir enregistre le fichier à un endroit ou tu le retrouvera facilement.

Ensuite, fais un copier du texte qui y aura dans ce fichier puis colles le ici stp

* Bien, vas dans ajouter/supprimer des programmes (tu sais où ?) et désinstalle :

- Adobe Reader 8.1.0 - Français (obsolète failles de sécurité - on réinstallera après)
- CamfrogWEB Advanced ActiveX Plugin (remove only) (il te sera proposé de le réinstaller si besoin)
- EoDesk3d 1.2 (saloperie - ne réinstalle plus rien provenant d'eoRezo)
- eoEngine 5.1 (saloperie - ne réinstalle plus rien provenant d'eoRezo)
- Java(TM) 6 Update 3 (obsolète failles de sécurité - on réinstallera après)



* Qu'est-ce que ItsTV 3.0 ? Il vient de chez eoRezo aussi celui-là ? Si oui, vire-le.



* Relance HijackThis, choisis "do a scan only" coche la case devant les lignes ci-dessous et clic en bas sur "fix checked"
- Ferme Internet Explorer avant de cliquer sur Fix checked
- S'il manque des lignes ce n'est pas grave

* Clic sur "démarrer" dans la barre de recherche juste au-dessous tape ceci : services.msc
Dans la fenêtre qui va s'ouvrir, cherche les lignes ci-dessous.
Clic droit sur celle-ci et propriétés.
A type de démarrage (quelque chose comme ça) régle la sur Désactivé, clic sur Appliquer et fais la même chose avec l'autre ligne.

* Passe un coup de CCleaner : Nettoyage + Erreur


* Redémarre ton ordinateur pour prendre en compte toutes les modifications et dis-moi si ta cam fonctionne sur le site ;-)

bonjourje suisrentrer dans le site entre coquins je me suis fait confirmer tout allais bien pendant 2 semaines et la cela fait 1 semaines que le site me dit je ne suis pas conneter pourtant j ai téléfoner a bsoind'aide mais il ont pas trouvé comment faire je ne comprend pas aidez moi merci. je viens de me désincrire et je me suis réinscrit de suite et toujours pareil.

bonjour tout le monde .. déjà félicitation boulepate62 pour cet précision et cette efficacité .. perso j'ai moi aussi un problème similaire a bettyboop mais pas exactement, ma cam a moi marche très bien sur msn skype et autre logiciel de discutions mais par contre elle ne marche pas sur entrecoquin alloskype j'assume ou autre .. elle reste tout simplement fiché sur la première image qu'elle prend et je crois que les autres voient un Ecrans noir .. peut tu m'aider ?
