Bonjour,
J'ai de gros problèmes sur mon ordinateur, virus trojan gen je crois) et avast qui n'apparaît pas dans la barre des tâches, alors je ne sais pas si je suis protegée.
je suis novice en informatiq
merci de m'aider.
Configuration: Windows XP
Internet Explorer 6.0

    Je conseille de renomer Hijackthis, pour contrer une éventuelle infection de Vundo.

    ex:Renomme le fichier HijackThis.exe en eden.exe pour cela, fais un clic droit sur le fichier HijackThis.exe et choisis renommer dans la liste

    Ensuite avec Explorer créer un dossier c:\hijackthis
    Décompresser Hijackthis dans ce dossier.
    C'est important pour les sauvegardes."

    relance hijakchtis, fais do a systeme scan only et fix ces lignes

    télécharge OTMoveIt http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/oldtimer/OTMoveIt2.exe (de Old_Timer) sur ton Bureau.
    double-clique sur OTMoveIt.exe pour le lancer.
    copie la liste qui se trouve en citation ci-dessous,
    et colle-la dans le cadre de gauche de OTMoveIt :Paste List of Files/Folders to be moved.

    Citation :

    C:\WINDOWS\system32\lrghpjhv.dll
    C:\WINDOWS\system32\nhnwtokh.dll

    clique sur MoveIt! pour lancer la suppression.
    le résultat apparaitra dans le cadre "Results".
    clique sur Exit pour fermer.
    poste le rapport situé dans C:\_OTMoveIt\MovedFiles.

    il te sera peut-être demander de redémarrer le pc pour achever la suppression.si c'est le cas accepte par Yes.

    Télécharge Combofix de sUBs : Renomme le avant toute installation, par exemple, nomme le "KillBagle". aide ici : https://forum.pcastuces.com/sujet.asp?f=25&s=37315

    Sauvegarde le sur ton bureau et pas ailleurs !

    Aide à l’utilisation de combofix ici: https://bibou0007.forumpro.fr/login?redirect=%2Ft121-topic

    Double-clic sur combofix, Il va te poser une question, réponds par la touche 1 et entrée pour valider, laisse toi guider.
    Attends que combofix ait terminé, un rapport sera créé. Poste le rapport.

        combofix vient de s'effectuer (rapport ci dessous) mais en se rallumant avast n'apparait plus dans la barre des taches.

    colle moi le rapport entier donnant le nom des fichiers inféctés

    colle un rapport hijackthis

    Je conseille de renomer Hijackthis, pour contrer une éventuelle infection de Vundo.

    ex:Renomme le fichier HijackThis.exe en eden.exe pour cela, fais un clic droit sur le fichier HijackThis.exe et choisis renommer dans la liste

    Ensuite avec Explorer créer un dossier c:\hijackthis
    Décompresser Hijackthis dans ce dossier.
    C'est important pour les sauvegardes."

      toujours pas d'avast, disparu de la barre des tâches.

      le point de restauration m'a juste demandé comment l'appeler et c'était fini. c normal ?

      est-ce que si j'arrive à récupérer avast, je supprime combo fix, otmoveit et hijack de mon bureau et de mes docs ?
      est-ce que je dois garder avast ou trouver qqchose de mieux ?

      que faire pour éviter d'être à nouveau envahie de virus ?

      antivir n'est pas gratuit. ils me disent q je ne peux pas avoir de license. donc il faut payer 20 euros pour un an.

    oui antivir est gratuit ici: ( tu recois des pubs lors des mises a jour qu'il sufit de fermer et cela reste gratos)

      je rame depuis tout à l'heure sur antivir et j'ai fait le tour des forums en vain.

      j'ai bien antivir, mais dans ''last update'', c indiqué en face not performed et c'est en rouge.
      et la licence est expirée depuis mai 2006 , en rouge aussi.

      qu'est-ce qu'il faut faire ?
