Depuis peu j'ai des trojan sur mon ordi qui empêchent d'arrêter l'ordinateur

Bonjour,télécharges Antivir et fait une analyse il est gratuit comme Avast sauf qu'il est en Anglais mais bien plus efficace que Avast

essayes en mode sans échec (F8) fais une analyse avec Antivir ensuite Spybot et Ccleaner qui est gratuit également le tout en mode sans échec, mais pour cela tu vas être obligée d'arrêter ton ordi avec le bouton .

Spybot n'a pas trouvé de mouchards!!
