Bug on the chat of tchatche.com

Hello,

For a few days now, I haven't been able to access the chat page on tchatche.com. I'm not very good with computers, but it's driving me crazy. I'm using Firefox and I believe I've updated Java and Flash correctly, so I'm not quite sure what else it could be.

Actually, I get stuck after I've entered a username and password. I see the annoying blue loading animation that's supposed to keep you waiting while it loads, but it never actually loads. It doesn't work on IE either, but my IE is really old since I never use it; I prefer Firefox.

So, I understood that they modified the site, but it no longer works for me -_- wonderful.

    The problem is easy to solve: just install IE 7.

    I would rather do without some sites than install IE...

    I don't have a solution, but I'm joining Menthol in asking for one: exactly the same problem, and it doesn't seem to be coming from the site since I was able to access it from other PCs. I checked that it wasn't my firewall or my antivirus that was causing the issue... So now, I don't know what to do. Please help!
