Utilize webcam on tchatche.com

Hello everyone,
I'm addicted to chatting on tchatche.com, I know that it's possible to do a webcam duo on this chat, but I can't manage to do it from home. When I connect from a cyber cafe, I see an icon indicating that the user has a cam, and in the message sending window, there is also a button to request a webcam duo, but as soon as I get home, I can't find any of that—just a button to send messages and another to send a file...
Does anyone have any idea please??
I do have a cam installed and working
Configuration: Windows Vista Firefox 3.5.6

I have the same problem with my laptop and the camera is built-in, yet it only works if someone invites me for a duo.

On Asus, I believe you need to enable Asus Virtual Camera for it to work. So maybe there's something to activate on your side for the camera.
