It's jokes, just let it be, or otherwise let the answering machine respond, and then normally it gives you a missed call, and you dial the number to find out who called you (...3131 or 3103...) and that's it.

Good answer with the indicated procedure, but now there are more and more calls to this approach of dialing (number 3131) after the ring ends, in an attempt to find out the calling number, which often turns out to be unassigned by the telephone services when you press "5" in return or when you dial such a number redirected by the digital cowardice of inquiring robots forever devoid of intelligent conscience!
