Bonjour,a tous depis deux jours j ai un souci mon pc m envoi des messages comme quoi je suis infecte et me recommande de telecharger leurs programmes apres plusieurs nettoyage et remplacement d anti virus ,j ai toujours des fenetres de pub qui souvre et les memes messages de windows .
j utilise mozilla....... j ai regarde un peus sur le forum est telecharge smitfraudfix mais je comprend pas grand chose..

salut,
Voilà ce que tu vas faire :
Suite de la manipe ( gros nettoyage ), fait exactement ce qui suit :

* Redémarrer l'ordinateur en mode sans échec .
Comment aller en Mode sans échec
1) Redémarre ton ordi
2) Tapote la touche F8 immédiatement, (F5 sur certains PC) juste après le "Bip"
3) Tu verras un écran avec options de démarrage apparaître
4) Choisis la première option : Sans Échec, et valide avec "Entrée"
5) Choisis ton compte habituel, et non Administrateur (si besoin ... )

*Double click sur SmitfraudFix.exe

* Sélectionner 2 et presser Entrée dans le menu pour supprimer les fichiers responsables de l'infection.

* A la question: Voulez-vous nettoyer le registre ? répondre O (oui) et presser Entrée afin de débloquer
le fond d'écran et supprimer les clés de registre de l'infection.

* Le correctif déterminera si le fichier wininet.dll est infecté.
* A la question: "Corriger le fichier infecté ?" répondre O (oui) et presser Entrée
pour remplacer le fichier corrompu.

* Un redemarrage sera peut être nécessaire pour terminer la procedure de nettoyage.

Le rapport se trouve à la racine deC:\
(dans le fichier rapport.txt)

postes moi ce dernier rapport dans ton prochain message .

ps : n'oublis pas , en mode sans échec , pas de connexion ! Donc copies ou imprimes bien les info ci-dessus :)


Ensuite :

télécharge et installe le logiciel HijackThis ( renommer le setup avant l'instale : click droit/renommer: exp"theJack.exe")

merci pour ta reponse mais j ai un probleme pour demarrer en mode sans echec ,je commande l action et des lignes defiles tres rapidement apres l ecran reste noir.....

Juste une petite précision : avant de lancer un scan Hijackthis , déconnectes toi et fermes toutes tes applications .

Télécharge ce-ci sur ton bureau et lance le :

c'est pour réparer l'accès au mode sans échec ...

une foi terminé réessaye la manipe que je t'ai indiquée précédament .

si tu rencontres des souci, dis le moi ...

non non c est pareil.
je tape f8 selectionne mode sans echec apres je selectionne (microsoft win xp edition familial) apres defilement est plus rien ecran noir apres quelque minute l ecran s eteint

laisses tomber pour le momment et fait ce-ci (en mode normal ) :

télécharge et installe le logiciel HijackThis ( renommer le setup avant l'instale : click droit/renommer: exp"theJack.exe")

Faire un clic droit sur ce lien :

Enregistrez la cible (du lien) sous... et enregistrez-le sur le bureau.

Faire un clic droit sur navilog1.zip et choisir "tout extraire"

Double-cliquez sur navilog1.exe

Arriver au menu principal, choisir l'option 1 et valider.
Patientez jusqu'au message : Analyse Termine le ...

Ok ... maintenant la suite :

Double-cliques sur navilog1.exe

Arriver au menu principal, choisir l'option 2 et valider.

Indiquer le mode de nettoyage "automatique"

Répondre aux questions éventuelles, le bureau disparaitra, c'est normal !

Patienter jusqu'au message : Nettoyage Termine le ...

Sauvegarder le rapport de manière à le retrouver, puis fermer le blocnote, le bureau réapparaitra
Le rapport sera en outre sauvegardé à la racine du disque (cleannavi.txt)
postes ce rapport dans ta nouvelle réponse .

PS : Si le bureau ne réapparaît pas, faire CTRL+ALT+SUPPR pour ouvrir le gestionnaire de tâches.
Choisir l'onglet processus. Cliquer en haut à gauche sur fichiers et choisir exécuter,
Taper explorer et valider.

Ensuite refait un scan Hijackthis et poste le nouveau rapport obtenu .

je vois que Norton est passé par là , il en reste des traces que l'on va nettoyer :

tu télécharge Norton removal tool sur ton bureau : ftp://ftp.symantec.com/public/francais/removal_tools/Norton_Removal_Tool.exe

Tu doubles click dessus et te laisses guider : il faut bien le nettoyer ( fait la manipe 2 fois si possible ).

ensuite :
• Télécharger CCLeaner et l'installer sur le bureau en refusant l'installation de la barre Yahoo.
http://download.piriform.com/ccsetup205.exe
• Fermer toutes les applications
• Lancer CCLeaner
S'il n'est pas en Français cliquer sur Options, Setting, Language
et sélectionner Français
• cocher dans le menu Nettoyeur - onglet Windows :
-Internet Explorer: Fichiers Internet Temporaires, Cookies
- Système: Vider la Poubelle, Fichiers Temporaires, Presse-papiers
-Avancé: Vieilles données du Prefetch
• Décocher dans le menu Options - sous-menu Avancé :
Effacer uniquement les fichiers, du dossier temp de Windows, plus vieux que 48 heures
• Cocher dans le menu Nettoyeur - onglet Applications : Internet: Sun Java
• Cocher , si cela est possible, dans le menu Nettoyeur - onglet Applications :
Firefox/Mozilla: Cache Internet, Cookies
• Click sur Analyse
• Click sur le bouton Lancer le nettoyage dans le menu Nettoyeur.

puis :
• Click sur Registre
• Sélectionner tout (par défaut )
• Click sur Chercher des erreurs (En bas)

Une fois le scan terminé sélectionner tout
• Click sur Réparer les erreurs sélectionnées
ps:faire la manipe plusieurs fois jusqu'a ce qu'il n'y est plus d'erreur

Après tout cela tu peut remettre les paramêtres de CCleaner par defaut ( soft à garder sur son PC , super utile pour de bons nettoyages ... )

Redémarre ton PC et dit moi comment il se comporte , ou en sont tes messages intenpestifs ?

Et enfin refait un rapport Hijackthis , il y a peut-être encore qlques petites choses à faire ...

Fait ce-ci svp,c'est important :

Déconnectes toi et ferme toutes tes applications .

Relance Hijackthis mais click sur " Do a scan only "
Tu vois donc apparaitre le résultat du scan : une multitudes de lignes ,chacunes précédées d'un carré vide .
Tu vas clické sur les carré des lignes suivantes :

O2 - BHO: (no name) - {7E853D72-626A-48EC-A868-BA8D5E23E045} - (no file)
O23 - Service: Symantec Core LC - Unknown owner - C:\Program Files\Fichiers communs\Symantec Shared\CCPD-LC\symlcsvc.exe

Tu cliques en bas sur le bouton FIX CHECKED et valides

refait un coup de CCleaner .

une fois cela terminé , réessaye de passé en mode sans échec et dit si ça à marché .

A bon ....

Ecoute pour finir avec le reste fait ce-ci :

Télécharge ToolsCleaner (de A.Rothstein) sur ton Bureau.
http://a-rothstein.changelog.fr/TC/ToolsCleaner2.exe
Clique sur Recherche et laisse le scan se terminer.
Clique sur Suppression pour finaliser.
tu peux, si tu le souhaites, te servir des Options facultatives

se soft va supprimé tout ce que l'on a utilisé pour la désinfection ( tu n'a plus besion pour l'isntant ;) )

et pour conseil il te faut un anti spyware :

installe ce logiciel très utile et scanne ton PC avec une fois par semaine environ ( c'est une version démo)...
AVG Antispyware

mode d'utilisation :
Lance AVG Anti-Spyware, mets le à jour,
Clique sur le bouton « Analyse »
Puis « Comment réagir », clique sur Actions recommandées. Sélectionne Quarantaine.
Retour à l'onglet Analyse.
Clique sur Analyse complète du système.
A la fin du scan, choisis " Appliquer toutes les actions "
Clique sur "Enregistrer le rapport". Le fichier texte se trouve dans le dossier Reports du dossier d'AVG Anti-Spyware.


tu peux le coupler avec celui-ci
spybot search and destroy (qui est complet et gratuit ! )
