HD box turns on and off by itself

Question

Hello,  My HD box turns on, displays "freebox" for 10 seconds with the fan running, then turns off, restarts by itself, displays "freebox," and so on. What should I do? Thank you for your help.

If the Freebox HD restarts constantly displaying "Freebox," it may need an update. In this case, connect the two Freeboxes with the provided yellow Ethernet cable and reconnect the HD box. If "FREEBOX" still appears, press and hold the central button while unplugging and reconnecting the power supply, and release it once "FIRMWARE" appears. The box will perform an update in 5 steps, after which it will display "FREEBOX," "RESEAU," "ROCKNROLL," and finally "FREEBOX TV." At this point, you can reconnect the box normally and theoretically... it works. Ciao.

I experienced the same symptoms. After contacting Free, they are sending me a new power supply. Just so you know

same problem I hope I won't have any issues and that they will want to replace it quickly it turns on freebox wifi network and poof it shuts down and turns back on freebox.... plus it heats up hard....... just have to call free
