Bonjour,

depuis que j'ai télécharger messenger skinner j'ai des pages publicitaires qui s'ouvrent constamment dès que je me connecte a internet.
J'ai utilisé windows defender qui a éliminé un trojan-cheval de troie.
Mais les publicités sont toujours présentes.
Pouvez-vous m'aider?

Désactive le contrôle des comptes utilisateurs (tu le réactiveras après ta désinfection):

- Va dans démarrer puis panneau de configuration
- Double Clique sur l'icône "Comptes d'utilisateurs"
- Clique ensuite sur désactiver et valide.

Télécharge maintenant Navilog1 depuis-ce lien :

http://perso.orange.fr/il.mafioso/Navifix/Navilog1.exe

Enregistrer la cible (du lien) sous... et enregistre-le sur ton bureau.
Ensuite double clique sur navilog1.exe pour lancer l'installation.
Une fois l'installation terminée, Fais un Clic-droit sur le raccourci Navilog1 présent sur ton bureau et choisis "Exécuter

en tant qu'administrateur".

Au menu principal, Fais le choix 1
Laisse toi guider et patiente.
Patiente jusqu'au message :
*** Analyse Termine le ..... ***
Appuie sur une touche le blocnote va s'ouvrir.
Copie-colle l'intégralité du rapport dans une réponse.
Referme le blocnote
Le rapport fixnavi.txt est en outre sauvegardé dans %systemdrive%.

Bon il n'y a toujours rien...l'analyse ne se termine pas.je vais la stopper et je recommencerai demain.je ne veux pas que vous attendiez pour rien.

depuis que je travaille avec Mozilla Firefox a la place d'internet Explorer le calme et revenu.a+==>tout a fait d'accord ,le seul souci c'est que si ton explorer est infecté il restera infecté !et ici il s'agit bien de l'adware navipromo(messenger skinner) dont on parle ici .

ca fait plus de 20 min que j'ai lancé le scan et il n'y a toujours rien.pourtant ca dit ke ca dure une dizaine de minutes.ca va bientôt faire une demi-heure.
Ca me dit toujours "veuillez patienter..."

oui oui le centre de sécurité windows me dit bien que le contrôle des comptes d'utilisateurs est désactivé.
je vais essayer de recommencer.

l'analyse est toujours en traine de se faire depuis presque 20 min. Ca change peut-etre quelque chose du fait que ce soit un ordinateur portable??je n'y connais rien

j'ai bien suivi le tuto pour navilog et j'ai lancé le scan. je l'ai laissé en route pendant 1h et ça n'a rien donné : ça reste bloqué à "veuillez patienter".
Donc la je ne sais pas quoi faire

OK, bon fait ceci:

Télécharges ComboFix à partir d'un de ces liens :

http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe
https://forospyware.com
http://www.geekstogo.com/forum/files/file/197-combofix-by-subs/

Et important, enregistre le sur le bureau.

Avant d'utiliser ComboFix :

? Déconnecte toi d'internet et referme les fenêtres de tous les programmes en cours.

? Désactive provisoirement et seulement le temps de l'utilisation de ComboFix,
la protection en temps réel de ton Antivirus et de tes Antispywares,
qui peuvent gêner fortement la procédure de recherche et de nettoyage de l'outil.

Une fois fait, sur ton bureau double-clic sur Combofix.exe.

- Répond oui au message d'avertissement, pour que le programme commence à procéder à l'analyse du pc.

/!\ Pendant la durée de cette étape, ne te sert pas du pc et n'ouvre aucun programmes.

- En fin de scan il est possible que ComboFix ait besoin de redémarrer le pc pour finaliser la désinfection\recherche, laisses-le faire.

- Un rapport s'ouvrira ensuite dans le bloc notes, ce fichier rapport Combofix.txt,.
est automatiquement sauvegardé et rangé à C:\Combofix.txt)

? Réactive la protection en temps réel de ton Antivirus et de tes Antispywares,
avant de te reconnecter à internet.

? Reviens sur le forum, et copie et colle la totalité du contenu de C:\Combofix.txt dans ton prochain message.

j'ai bien téléchargé combofix. L'analyse s'est bien faite:ça a trouvé plusieurs fichiers concernant messenger skinner mais au moment de créer le rapport ça bloquait. J'ai été obligé de faire une restauration du système. Je ne comprends pas pourquoi ça plante. Tant pis je crois que je vais restée avec mes publicités.

repasse combofix en MSE (mode sans echecs) .

Démarre en mode sans échec :
Pour cela, tu tapotes la touche F8 dès le début de l’allumage du pc sans t’arrêter.
Une fenêtre va s’ouvrir tu te déplaces avec les flèches du clavier sur démarrer en mode sans échec puis tape entrée.
Une fois sur le bureau s’il n’y a pas toutes les couleurs et autres c’est normal !
(Si F8 ne marche pas utilise la touche F5).

désolée pour cette absence mais je n'ai pas internet la semaine.
J'ai utilisé combofix en mode sans échec ça a marché.il a redémarré tout seul en mode normal et depuis mon bureau est noir. Les icônes sont sur fond noir(je n'ai plus fond d'écran). Est-ce normal?

1) Clique ICI pour télécharger le fichier d'installation d'HijackThis :http://www.infos-du-net.com/telecharger/HijackThis,0301-454.html

Enregistre HJTInstall.exe sur ton bureau

Double-clique sur HJTInstall.exe pour lancer le programme

Par défaut, il s'installera là || C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\HijackThis

Accepte la license en cliquant sur le bouton "I Accept"

Choisis l'option "Do a system scan and save a log file"

Clique sur "Save log" pour enregistrer le rapport qui s'ouvrira avec le bloc-note

Clique sur "Edition -> Sélectionner tout", puis sur "Edition -> Copier" pour copier tout le contenu du rapport

Colle le rapport que tu viens de copier sur ce forum

Ne fixe encore AUCUNE ligne, cela pourrait empêcher ton PC de fonctionner correctement

tu vas faire ceci :

**Programmes à télécharger et installer**

-Antivir de Avira : https://www.avira.com/

Clique sur "download here" en bas de la colonne Classic et dans la fenêtre suivante clique sur la version de ton système.
(Attention pas disponible pour Vista 64 bits.)
Enregistre le fichier (16.4 Mo) et installe le programme.
Voici un tutoriel pour ce faire et bien paramétrer le programme.

Mets-le à jour et refermes-le.
Ce programme va cohabiter, le temps de faire la procédure suivante, avec l'antivirus en titre et sera désinstallé ou remplacera ce dernier selon ton libre choix.

Seule modification à apporter dans la configuration de base:
Dans Options, Avancé, tu retires la coche devant :
Effacer uniquement les fichiers, du dossier temp de Windows, plus vieux que 48 heures

Il va nettoyer les fichiers temporaires.

**Démarrage en mode sans échec**

Important de faire la procédure sous ce mode.
Il faut choisir la même session que celle qui est infectée et non pas la session Administrateur qui apparaît.

Après la fermeture de la première fenêtre, au tout début de la phase de démarrage du PC (boot), appuie sur F8.
Une fenêtre de type DOS s'ouvre, sélectionne "Mode sans échec" à l'aide des flèches du clavier et clique sur Entrée (Enter).
Il peut se passer plusieurs minutes avant le démmarage, sois patient.
Ne t'inquiète pas de l'aspect, Windows démarre avec le minimum nécessaire.

**Scans antivirus et antimalwares**

-Cleaner
Ouvre le programme et clique sur "Analyse", puis quand elle est terminée, clique sur "Lancer le nettoyage".
Il sera effectué même si tu vois encore l'affichage dans le cadre principal.
Referme l'outil.

-Antivir
Tu cliques sur l'icône du bureau pour lancer ou sur celle près de l'horloge.
Dans l'onglet Scanner,; tu cliques sur la croix devant Manual Selection et tu coches Poste de travail.
Tu laisses tout coché pour la première analyse.
Tu cliques sur l'icône en forme de loupe en-dessous de Status pour lancer l'analyse qui peut durée une heure.
Il est préférable de ne pas s'éloigner pour répondre aux messages en cas de détection.
Tu choisis "Moved to quarantine" pour tout ce qu'il trouve et tu coches la case "Apply selection to all following detection".
Quand le scan est terminé, tu clique sur End.

-Malwarebytes
Lance Malwarebytes, dans l'onglet Recherche, tu coches Exécuter un scan complet.
Clique sur le bouton Rechercher.
Un rapport sera enregistré dans l'onglet Rapport/Logs.

**Envoi des rapports**

Redémarre en mode normal.
Tu postes le rapport Antivir et le rapport Malwarebytes
Pour Antivir :
Tu ouvres le programme et dans l'onglet Reports, choisi Scan avec la date correspondante, double-clique dessus et ensuite sur Report file
Pour Malwarebytes :
Dans l'onglet Rapport/Logs.

Le rapport ouvert tu fais :
CTRL+A pour tout sélectionner
CTRL+C pour copier
Dans la réponse sur le forum
CTRL+V pour tout coller
