Hello,
When I open Safari or Firefox, I receive a message at the top of the page saying "the loading has failed."
When I go to network diagnostics: AirPort is green, AirPort settings are green, network settings are orange, Internet ISP and server are red.
The entire network diagnostic does not allow me to resolve the problem.
It is the hotel connection where I work, and the connection has already worked on my MacBook and is currently working on all the other computers. I receive the network perfectly but cannot connect to the internet.

Hello Adrien.
Ask the hotel network manager/administrator. They may have "restricted" access without you knowing. If I understood correctly, you're coming with your own laptop and it's not working anymore, whereas the local machines still function as they used to. If that's the issue, you just need to ask for your laptop to be authorized.
In any case, and based on the Airport statuses you provided, it seems to be that. The network is secured. You can detect an access point via Airport with a signal that's strong, but that doesn't mean you have access.
If I didn't get it right, I have it all wrong ;-)
