Black Came on Bobtv

Hello, when I go on Bobtv my cam stays black. I can't see the other connected cameras, they won't open. However, the sound works. Who can help me, thank you and best regards to all
Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 6.0

Use the help at the top of the chat; there are all the answers. Or check if the camera driver is properly installed. If not, uninstall everything and start over!!bobtchat

Hi, thanks for your message. I’ve already tried the help but it didn’t work, I’ve REINSTALLED ACTIVE BOBTV ETC.... I reinstalled my camera driver........... but it’s still black. However, my camera works perfectly on MSN. It must be something with my PC. I’m using XP. On the other hand, my laptop, which runs Vista, has no problems; everything works perfectly. It’s really frustrating because everything was working perfectly before. THANKS AGAIN FOR YOUR MESSAGE AND IF YOU HAVE A SOLUTION.

Hello, I'm wondering if you found a solution? I have the same super annoying problem: 2 laptops in 2 different locations, and on one there’s no issue while the other shows a black camera (mine + no other appears)... both laptops are on Vista!!! What gives?!
