Besoin d'aide ordinateur truffer de virus :s

Bonjour,

Mon ordinateur , qui est assez vieux est pleins de virus....:s

- Win reanimator // la croix blanche sur fond rouge

- Beaucoup de difficulter a naviguer sur le net

- voix et musique sans qu'aucun programme ne soit ouvert..

Je ne sais plus quoi faire...

si sa peux vous aider:

Windows XP
Antivirus: PCTOOLS antivirus free
Pare Feu: Il entrait en conflit avec l'antivirus alors je l'ai enlever...

Je scan tout les jour mon ordi avec Pc tools et il me trouvent toujours beaucoup de virus et les supprimes mais rien n'a changer...

Bonjour,

Télécharge Dr.Web CureIt! ici: ftp://ftp.drweb.com/pub/drweb/cureit/cureit.exe

Redémarre ton pc en mode sans échec.

Lance Dr.Web CureIt!, accepte une analyse rapide, et répare/supprime les virus trouvés,
et effectue ensuite une analyse compléte, avec réparation/suppression des virus trouvés.

Redémarre ton pc avec ta session habituelle.

Je ne sais pas si j'ai bien expliquer les virus alors je vais me reprendre :P

- l'icone dans la barre d'outils (croix blanche sur fond rouge qui dit : Your computer is infected. et que quand je clique dessus m'envoye le telechargement de win reanimator

- Pleins de pop up et autre page pas rapport qui s'ouvre

- pour les voix et la musique ; par exemple je suis en train de faire une recherche sur internet et tout à coup une musique ou des voix commence pendant une certain temps puis s'arrete ...je cherche sur la page en cours tout est normal...

J'espere que j'ai mieux expliquer ;)

ps: Antivirus: PCTOOLS antivirus free n'est pas un antivirus performant...

je te conseille de le désinstaller et d'utiliser Antivir a la place...

J'ai fait tout ce que vous avez dit :)

mais l'icone de la croix est toujours la...:(

Le logiciel a enlever 9 ou 10 virus au moins je suis debarasser d'un grand nombre d'entre eux :)

Maintenant que faire pour enlever la croix ?

Si tu ne l'a pas encore fait désinstalle PCTOOLS Antivirus et installe AVIRA Antivir a la place (comme je l'ai conseillé ci-dessus) ..., Met le a jour et scanne ton pc avec.

Si celà ne résout pas ton problème télécharge Hijackthis ici : http://www.trendsecure.com/portal/en-US/_download/HiJackThis.exe

et copie/colle le rapport

Finalement

J'ai trouvé la source c'était le fichier: Braviax.exe

J'ai supprimer l'entré avec Ccleaner Et voila l'icone a disparu :D

Je vais tout de même suivre ton conseille et installer antivir ;)

Et pour etre sur je vais poster une rapport de hijackthis dans quelque minute ;)

Tu lance le programme.

Tu clique sur "Do a system scan and save a log file"

Une fois le scan terminé. une fenetre hijackthis.log (bloc notes) s'ouvre.

tu copie tout et tu le colle dans le forum.

ok J'ai effacer tout les fichiers que vous avez dit seulement c'est 2 là persiste et ne veulent pas s'effacer...:

j'essayerai de les supprimer a leur source ;)

pour AVG Anti-Spyware Free Edition 7.5

je vais le telecharger au cas ou et nettoyer avec :)

Pour effacer les fichiers tu peux télécharger et installer Unlocker 1.8.6 ici: http://ccollomb.free.fr/unlocker/unlocker1.8.6.exe

Puis fait un clic droit sur le fichier a effacer.../ et choisit unlocker dans le menu

en action choisit effacer puis clique sur valider

Voilà J'ai supprimer tout :)

J'ai scanner avec avg anti spyware et j'ai supprimer 14 Spy ware :D

Je pense que il n'y en a plus :)

Mais juste une petite question quel firewall devrai-je mettre ?

Tout les firewall que j'ai essayer entrait en conflit avec antivir :(

Tu peut garder le firewall de xp seulement

C'est un excellent firewall, qui te protége parfaitement des attaques entrantes.

mais il ne filtre pas les programmes sortants de façon efficace. (ça ne pose pas de problème si ton pc est sain)

De plus si tu a une box adsl (free/neuf/orange etc...) Un pare feu est déjà intégré à la box.
