Plantage de windows xp (Searchsettings ?)

Bonjour,

J'ai un gros problème sur mon Pc que je n'arrive pas résoudre...

Depuis quelques jours, mon pc bloque au bout de 2 minutes.
Ca commence par bloquer sauf la souris, ensuite bloquage total.

J'ai remarqué que j'avais un programme (Searchsettings) inconnu.

J'ai essayé Norton, Ccleaner, Spybot, j'ai ré-installé windows.... en vain

Mon pc ne marche qu'en mode sans echec, et comme je ne peux désinstaller de programme, je suis coincé.

Je ne sais plus quoi faire, j'ai tout essayé (à mon niveau).

J'aimerai vous mettre le rapport Hijackthis à dispo mais je ne sais pas comment le copier !

Je vous remercie d'avance de votre aide.

Je n'ai pas de solution et j'en suis navré, mais j'ai en revanche ce petit guide pour hijackthis qui peut certainement te rendre service alors je me suis permis de te le mettre :

F - Hijackthis - Outil de diagnostic et réparation
télécharge HijackThis ici:

Dézippe le dans un dossier prévu à cet effet.
Par exemple C:\hijackthis < Enregistre le bien dans c : !

Lance le puis:
clique sur "do a system scan and save logfile" (cf démo)
faire un copier coller du log entier sur le forum

Je viens de regarder tes processus au départ de ton rapport et voilà ce que j'ai trouvé :

Je ne suis pas assez compétent pour te guider dans la désinfection avec hijackthis, mais je vais essayer de contacter quelqu'un qui va peut-être pouvoir t'aider.

Tu as des processus : les .exe à la fin
Si tu vas sur le site suivant :
http://www.docmemo.com/windows/processus.php
et que tu les interroges l'un après l'autre tu obtiens qu'ils appartiennent à windows (donc normal). Par contre quand tu interroges explorer.exe tu as deux réponses :
Explorer. exe = processus windows
ET
iexplorer.exe (C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe) =
iexplorer.exe
> RapidBlaster

Si tu veux comprendre mieux va sur le site que je t'indique et rentre dans le rectangle blanc : explorer.exe
descend ensuite la page et tu verras une ligne rouge qui annonce un virus.

Ne me remercie pas je t'en prie car je n'ai rien fait à part t'identifier ton faiseur d'embrouilles.
J'espère que la personne que j'ai contacté va s'occuper de toi pour te faire nettoyer ta machine avec hijackthis.

bonsoir a vous deux :

télécharge Lspfix:http://cexx.org/LSPFix.exe

Utilise le poste de travail ou l'Explorateur Windows pour retrouver le fichier "LSPFix.exe" que vous avez téléchargé.
Lancez-le (double-cliquez dessus).

Tirez un peu sur les bords de la fenêtre pour voir l'ensemble de l'outil.
Il comporte deux volets : Keep (conserver) et Remove (supprimer).
Dans le volet de gauche, vous trouverez une liste de fichiers ".dll" présents sur votre poste.

Si LSPFix a détecté un fichier manquant

Il a déjà placé ce fichier dans le volet de droite ("Remove").

Assure-toi qu'il s'agit bien d'un fichier appartenant au nuisible ou au logiciel que vous avez sauvagement supprimé.
Si c'est le cas, vous n'avez plus qu'à cliquer sur le bouton "Finish>>"
Un petit panneau "Repair Summary" vous résume les actions effectuées. Cliquez sur "OK" pour quitter l'outil.

Pensez à redémarrer Windows.
Si tout se passe bien, vous devriez retrouver votre connexion.

J'ai essayé mais mon pc bloque toujours après 2 minutes.
J'ai juste le temps d'essayer d'ouvrir un programme et ça plante.

Il marche en mode sans echec avec reseau seulement.

Pouvez-vous m'aider.

-> Relance HijackThis cliques sur « scanner seulement » ou (« do a scan only »),
coche les cases devant ces lignes :

et ensuite ferme toutes les fenêtres actives autres que HijackThis!, navigateur inclus,
puis clique "Fix checked"( ou « fixer objet »). Ferme HijackThis!

ensuite:

Télécharges ComboFix à partir d'un de ces liens :

Et important, enregistre le sur le bureau.

Avant d'utiliser ComboFix :

? Déconnecte toi d'internet et referme les fenêtres de tous les programmes en cours.

? Désactive provisoirement et seulement le temps de l'utilisation de ComboFix,
la protection en temps réel de ton Antivirus et de tes Antispywares,
qui peuvent gêner fortement la procédure de recherche et de nettoyage de l'outil.


Une fois fait, sur ton bureau double-clic sur Combofix.exe.

- Répond oui au message d'avertissement, pour que le programme commence à procéder à l'analyse du pc.

/!\ Pendant la durée de cette étape, ne te sert pas du pc et n'ouvre aucun programmes.

- En fin de scan il est possible que ComboFix ait besoin de redémarrer le pc pour finaliser la désinfection\recherche, laisses-le faire.

- Un rapport s'ouvrira ensuite dans le bloc notes, ce fichier rapport Combofix.txt,.
est automatiquement sauvegardé et rangé à C:\Combofix.txt)

? Réactive la protection en temps réel de ton Antivirus et de tes Antispywares,
avant de te reconnecter à internet.

? Reviens sur le forum, et copie et colle la totalité du contenu de C:\Combofix.txt dans ton prochain messa

Salut JFK,

Pour l'instant ça n'a pas l'air de bloquer (je vais tenter de redemarrer), par contre je n'ai plus Outlook express. Impossible de le trouver

Pour l'instant ça n'a pas l'air de bloquer (je vais tenter de redemarrer), par contre je n'ai plus Outlook express. Impossible de le trouver

Je pensais que tout fonctionné correctement, mais ce matin en démarrant le pc, il s'est remis à bloquer au bout de 2 mn.
Je l'ai ouvert avec un autre profil utilisateur. J'ai redémarré avec le mien mais pareil.
