Bonjour,

J'ai un sérieux problème. Depuis que mon père est allé dans des sites Chinois, j'ai des virus , quand je fais Ctrl+Alt+Suppr je vois EXPLORER.EXE or que internet explorer n'est meme pas ouvert.
Maintenant quand je demarre mon pc, 1 minute après avoir mon fond d'ecran etc.. le pc bloque, c'est à dire que la souris se fige, je ne peux pas utiliser le clavier en fait tout se fige et je peux rien faire.
J'ai redemarré plusieurs fois mais rien ne change, j'ai fais Ctrl+Alt+Sppr meme pas le temps que le gestionnaire des taches apparaissent que sa bloque.
Pour l'instant j'utilise le pc de mon frère, car avec mon pc j'ai meme pas le temps de lancer quoique ce soit et sa bloque.

S'il vous plait aidez moi.

Bonsoir,

Okay mais comment je fais un démarrage en sans erreur car je suis encore novice..
Requins mais en réinstallant mon windows cela ne va pas effacé mes donnés ?
Car je ne voudrais pas supprimé les fichiers de mon pc car il y a plein de chose que j'y tiens.

si tu tentes la reparation windows; seules la configuration de certaines applications sera perdu mais pas les données...

pour la proposition de requin, je pensais que tu avais deja tenté de le faire ?!

Comment redémarrer en mode sans echec?

Tu redemarre le pc et tapote la touche F8 des le début de l allumage sans t´arrêter.
Une fenêtre sur fond noir va s’ouvrir, tu te déplaces avec les flèches du clavier sur démarrer en mode sans échec puis tape entrée.
Une fois sur le bureau si il n y a pas toutes les couleurs et autres c´est normal!
Ps : si F8 ne marche pas utilise la touche F5.

Bonjours,

J'ai fais un démarrage en mode sans erreur puis j'ai fais une restauration du système a une date anterieur et sa marche :)
Mais il reste toujours le problème avec EXPLORER.EXE dans le gestionnaire des taches et quand je l'enleve sa me fait un Bip.

Explorer.exe est utile au fonctionnement de ton ordinateur ;)
Il ne faut pas le supprimer
Pense à mettre le message comme résolu ;)

Oui je sais mais c'est pas celui qui est écrit tout petit "explorer.exe" mais "EXPLORER.EXE" et il y est deux fois.

Désolé pour le triple post mais je me suis trompé c'est "IEXPLORER.EXE" sachant que internet explorer n'est pas ouvert.

tu as deux anti virus > ca ne sert a rien et ca crér des conflits ! desinstales avast.

connais tu ces programmes :

C:\Program Files\PPLive

C:\Program Files\Leeboo

mets ta version de firefox a jour ainsi que celle d´internet explorer :

puis fais ceci :

Télécharge combofix.exe (par sUBs) sur ton Bureau.

-> http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe

-> Double clique combofix.exe.
-> Tape sur la touche 1 (Yes) pour démarrer le scan.
-> Lorsque le scan sera complété, un rapport apparaîtra. Copie/colle ce rapport dans ta prochaine réponse.

NOTE : Le rapport se trouve également ici : C:\Combofix.txt

Avant d'utiliser ComboFix :

-> Déconnecte toi d'internet et referme les fenêtres de tous les programmes en cours.

-> Désactive provisoirement et seulement le temps de l'utilisation de ComboFix, la protection en temps réel de ton Antivirus et de tes Antispywares, qui peuvent géner fortement la procédure de recherche et de nettoyage de l'outil.

Une fois fait, sur ton bureau double-clic sur Combofix.exe.

- Répond oui au message d'avertissement, pour que le programme commence à procéder à l'analyse du pc.

/!\ Pendant la durée de cette étape, ne te sert pas du pc et n'ouvre aucun programmes.

- En fin de scan il est possible que ComboFix ait besoin de redemarrer le pc pour finaliser la désinfection\recherche, laisses-le faire.

- Un rapport s'ouvrira ensuite dans le bloc notes, ce fichier rapport Combofix.txt, est automatiquement sauvegardé et rangé à C:\Combofix.txt)

-> Réactive la protection en temps réel de ton Antivirus et de tes Antispywares, avant de te reconnecter à internet.

-> Reviens sur le forum, et copie et colle la totalité du contenu de C:\Combofix.txt dans ton prochain message, ainsi qu´un nouveau hijack this.
