Problème de spams sur windows

Bonjour,

j'ai un petit problème, malgré l'utilisation de ad aware j'ai toujours une saloperie de spam qui me casse les coucougnettes quand je vais sur internet... quelque pourrait-il m'aider si je transmets une analyse hijackthis ?
Configuration: Windows XP
Firefox 2.0.0.12
