Petit souci informatique : pc ralenti

Bien le bonjour,

Je m'excuse pour lédrangement.Si je poste ici aujourd'hui c'est que je rencontre quelques petits soucis avec le pc sur lequel je suis en train de poster.
En effet, depuis quelques jours je dois faire face à quelques problèmes:

Les performances de mon PC ( portable) sont vraiment diminuées j'ai l'impression.Ce qui me fait affirmer cela est le fait que notement au démarrage le pc est très long ( il bloque un bout de temps sur le chargement " windows xp" lorsque j'allume le pc. De plus, lorsque je charge une vidéo, musique, etc..le son saccade et ma souris également.

J'ai pu notement voir il y a quelques jours qu'une petite fenêtre était apparu à l'ecran en bas à droit m'affirmant que mon pc était infécté par des spywares.

Il va s'en dire que j'ai un peu honte de poster cela mais le pc appartient à mon père et il n'est pas très sérieu en ce qui concerne la protection de son PC ( à comprendre très peu d'analyse antivirus etc.....)

J'ai fais toutes les analyses antivirus, spywares et compagnie qui vont avec , y compris celle de smitfraudthis et jackhackthis( je suis pas sûr pour le nom, les experts me corrigeront j'espère). Ce dernier m'affiche le rapport suivant :
