SPV M600 WiFi Network Connection

Hello,

I am trying to connect an SPV M600 to my WiFi network (2 meters away from my modem router with WEP key protection).
The network is identified, the connection establishes for a few seconds, then stops, preventing me from accessing the internet.
The customer service teams at Orange and Linksys (my modem) have been contacted and could not determine the reasons for this lack of connection.

I should note that I have no issues with my laptop.

Has anyone experienced this problem and found a solution?

    I also have an m600
    I have already set it up on a livebox, did you make sure to put the box in pairing mode before trying to connect?

      Hello,

      I don't have a box, but a modem router. I didn't do anything special to connect my laptop to this network, what does "putting in association" mean? According to Linksys customer service, there is nothing specific to do on the modem side.

    Is your modem equipped with Wi-Fi?
    Did you set up MAC address filtering on the router?
