Pc infesté par pages intempestives (sites)

Bonjour à tous et à toutes,

Lors de mes navigations dans le web, en surfant, en cliquant sur des liens, en tapant une url (adresses de sites) et autres, je suis sans cesse harcelé par des pages intempestives. Ce des pages s'ouvrant dans des sites de jeux en ligne (comme casinosttropez.com, poker, etc), des sites coquin (sexe...), des sites de logitiels (comme spyware-secure.com/fr, etc) où des sites commerciaux (abonnement Alice.com/fr, pricemister.com où misterprice.com, etc...). Bref, vous l'aurez compris mon pc est infecté et je suis harcelé rendant ma navigation stressante, agaçante/énervante, un mélange de colère et en même temps de désespoir devant l'impuissance à ne pas trouver de solutions.
Je ne compte même plus le nombre de sujets que j'ai posté dans ce forum par rapport au problème dont je suis confronté.
J'ai essayé différentes méthodes sans résultats positifs : Spybot Search and Destroy, Avast Pro/Familiale, CCleaner (pour les cookies et les programmes récalcitrant lors de leur désinstallation), AVG-Anti Spyware, Spyware-Terminator, F-Secure (dont j'étais abonné mais j'ai mis fin à l'abonnement car ce programme était trop volumineux). Donc en gros beaucoup d'actions, pour dire toutes, n'ont donné à aucun résultat. Là je suis totalement dans le décore et j'espère qu'enfin quelqu'un pourra me venir en aide et trouver une solution positive à ma situation.

J'ai lu dans le forum "astuce" comment effacer les cookies, les dossiers temp, temporary internet files et local Settings avec le logiciel "Clean Up".

Puis j'ai télécharger le programme "12mfx" pour générer un rapport que voiçi (si ça peut aider) :

ps : J'utilise Windows XP PACK SERVICE 2 (SP2), FIREFOX 2 (derniere version). Très rarement il m'arrive de naviguer avec INTERNET EXPLORER 7 (mais j'aime pas trop ce navig...)
