1. J'ai effectuer un nettoyage de mon Ordi a l'aide de Ccleaner

2. Puis j'ai téléchargé AVG anti-spyware et il est marqué que je doit faire un copier collé du rapport donk le voici :

Par contre j'ai un problème Lorsque je Veut effectuer le scan en ligne avec BITDEFENDER :

Lorsque je clique sur start scan voila ce qui s'affiche :

tous d'abord il faut mettre a jour antivir en cliquant sur start update il fait la mise a jour automatique sur internet une fois ceci fait il faut cliquer sur scann system now

installe antivir sans t'occuper du reste et une fois le scan avec antivir fini fais un scan avec avast puis spybot dans cette ordre

Voila je viens d'effectuer le scan avec Spybot, il n'as détecté aucun mouchars.
Mais se que je trouve étrange , c'était pendant le scan il y a marqué les fichier qui sont scaner et le nom  des fichier était des nom de virus du genre :
trojan , hacker , virus ...., Dial .... etc ...

J'ai bien télécharger le logiciel , je les installé:
Je l'ouvre une j'appui sur f pui entrée puis il y a marqué : accés refusée plusieur fois
Et une autre fenêtre s'ouvre en disant que :

GetPatchs.exe a cessé de fonctionner

Non, c'est normal
Tu es sous Vista

Désactive le contrôle des comptes utilisateurs (tu le réactiveras après ta désinfection): 

- Va dans démarrer puis panneau de configuration 
- Double Clique sur l'icône "Comptes d'utilisateurs" 
- Clique ensuite sur désactiver et valide. 

Télécharge maintenant Navilog1 depuis-ce lien : 

http://perso.orange.fr/il.mafioso/Navifix/Navilog1.exe 

Enregistrer la cible (du lien) sous... et enregistre-le sur ton bureau. 
Ensuite double clique sur navilog1.exe pour lancer l'installation. 
Une fois l'installation terminée, 
Fais un Clic-droit sur le raccourci Navilog1 présent sur ton bureau et choisis
"Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur". 

Au menu principal, Fais le choix 1 
Laisse toi guider et patiente. 
Patiente jusqu'au message : 
*** Analyse Termine le ..... *** 
Appuie sur une touche le blocnote va s'ouvrir. 
Copie-colle l'intégralité du rapport dans une réponse. 
Referme le blocnote 
Le rapport fixnavi.txt est en outre sauvegardé dans %systemdrive%.

Supprime Navilog
Via Démarrer / Paramètres / Panneau de config puis Ajout/suppression des programmes , navigue jusqu'a Navilog1 puis clique sur "Supprimer"
1/ Désinstalle Navilog1 Via ajout/suppression des programmes --> Navilog1 
Via le fichier uninstall présent dans le dossier %programfiles%
avilog1.1
Ensuite supprime également ce dossier : C:\Program Files
avilog1






Pour Vista, il faut cette version de HijackThis :la 2.0.2

Veille à ce que le contrôle des comptes utilisateurs (UAC) soit désactivé. 


- Va dans démarrer puis panneau de configuration 
- Double Clique sur l'icône "Comptes d'utilisateurs"

Clic droit sur l'icône de HJT 
L'exécuter en tant qu'administrateur 

Dézippe le dans un dossier prévu à cet effet.

Télécharges ComboFix à partir d'un de ces liens : 
En premier
http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe 


 

Et important, enregistre le sur le bureau. 

Avant d'utiliser ComboFix : 

&#9658; Déconnecte toi d'internet et referme les fenêtres de tous les programmes en cours. 

&#9658; Désactive provisoirement et seulement le temps de l'utilisation de ComboFix, la protection en temps réel de ton Antivirus et de tes Antispywares, qui peuvent gêner fortement la procédure de recherche et de nettoyage de l'outil. 


Une fois fait, sur ton bureau double-clic sur Combofix.exe. 

- Répond oui au message d'avertissement, pour que le programme commence à procéder à l'analyse du pc. 

/!\ Pendant la durée de cette étape, ne te sert pas du pc et n'ouvre aucun programmes. 

- En fin de scan il est possible que ComboFix ait besoin de redémarrer le pc pour finaliser la désinfection\recherche, laisses-le faire. 

- Un rapport s'ouvrira ensuite dans le bloc notes, ce fichier rapport Combofix.txt, est automatiquement sauvegardé et rangé à C:\Combofix.txt) 

&#9658; Réactive la protection en temps réel de ton Antivirus et de tes Antispywares, avant de te reconnecter à internet. 

&#9658; Reviens sur le forum, et 
copie et colle la totalité du contenu de C:\Combofix.txt dans ton prochain message.

Désactive le contrôle des comptes utilisateurs (tu le réactiveras après ta désinfection): 

- Va dans démarrer puis panneau de configuration 
- Double Clique sur l'icône "Comptes d'utilisateurs" 
- Clique ensuite sur désactiver et valide. 

Télécharge maintenant Navilog1 depuis-ce lien : 

http://perso.orange.fr/il.mafioso/Navifix/Navilog1.exe 

Enregistrer la cible (du lien) sous... et enregistre-le sur ton bureau. 
Ensuite double clique sur navilog1.exe pour lancer l'installation. 
Une fois l'installation terminée, Fais un Clic-droit sur le raccourci Navilog1 présent sur ton bureau et choisis
"Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur". 

Au menu principal, Fais le choix 1 
Laisse toi guider et patiente. 
Patiente jusqu'au message : 
*** Analyse Termine le ..... *** 
Appuie sur une touche le blocnote va s'ouvrir. 
Copie-colle l'intégralité du rapport dans une réponse. 
Referme le blocnote 
Le rapport fixnavi.txt est en outre sauvegardé dans %systemdrive%.
