Sous Unix/Linux:
gzip -d toto.tar.gz
puis
tar -xvf toto.tar
(je ne me rappelle plus de l'option de tar qui fait le gzip en même temps).
Sous Windows: WinTarBall (gratuit) ou IZarc (gratuit):
