Comment ouvrir ou lire un fichier dézippé ?

comment faire faire pour ouvrir un fichier dezipe au FORMAT TARBALL(.tar.gz)

    Sous Unix/Linux:
    gzip -d toto.tar.gz
    puis
    tar -xvf toto.tar

    (je ne me rappelle plus de l'option de tar qui fait le gzip en même temps).
