Backup issue on The Sims 1 Deluxe

Hello,
I just bought The Sims 1: Triple Deluxe with The Sims: Vacation and Party Pack included.
No problem with installation or playing, but I cannot save.
That is to say, when I want to quit, I click on save and then on yes, but it doesn't work. So to quit the game, I have to choose not to save.
If someone can help me, that would be super nice because I'm not very expert and I've built three times and lost everything... GRRRRRRRRRRR
