Virus besoin d'aide / rapport hijackthis

Salut natachacha,

Télécharge combofix.exe (par sUBs) sur ton Bureau.

-> http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe

-> Double clique combofix.exe.
-> Tape sur la touche 1 (Yes) pour démarrer le scan.
-> Lorsque le scan sera complété, un rapport apparaîtra. Copie/colle ce rapport dans ta prochaine réponse.

NOTE : Le rapport se trouve également ici : C:\Combofix.txt

Avant d'utiliser ComboFix :

-> Déconnecte toi d'internet et referme les fenêtres de tous les programmes en cours.

-> Désactive provisoirement et seulement le temps de l'utilisation de ComboFix, la protection en temps réel de ton Antivirus et de tes Antispywares, qui peuvent géner fortement la procédure de recherche et de nettoyage de l'outil.

Une fois fait, sur ton bureau double-clic sur Combofix.exe.

- Répond oui au message d'avertissement, pour que le programme commence à procéder à l'analyse du pc.

/!\ Pendant la durée de cette étape, ne te sert pas du pc et n'ouvre aucun programmes.

- En fin de scan il est possible que ComboFix ait besoin de redemarrer le pc pour finaliser la désinfection\recherche, laisses-le faire.

- Un rapport s'ouvrira ensuite dans le bloc notes, ce fichier rapport Combofix.txt, est automatiquement sauvegardé et rangé à C:\Combofix.txt)

-> Réactive la protection en temps réel de ton Antivirus et de tes Antispywares, avant de te reconnecter à internet.

-> Reviens sur le forum, et copie et colle la totalité du contenu de C:\Combofix.txt dans ton prochain message ainsi qu´un nouveau hijack this.

J'ai fais ce que tu m'as dit de faire. A la fin, combofixe ma affiché le rapport je l'ai enregistré mais je n'avais plus mon bureau. J'ai attendu un moment mais il n'est pas réapparu. J'ai alors redémarré mon ordinateur.

Ouvre le Bloc-Notes puis colle le texte copié.
(Démarrer\Tous les programmes\Accessoires\Bloc notes.)
Sauvegarde ce fichier sous le nom de CFScript.txt.

Glisse maintenant le fichier CFScript.txt dans Combofix.exe comme ci-dessous :

Cela va relancer Combofix,

Une fenêtre bleue va apparaître: au message qui apparaît ( Type 1 to continue, or 2 to abort) , tape 1 puis valide.

Patiente le temps du scan.Le bureau va disparaître à plusieurs reprises: c'est normal!

Ne touche à rien tant que le scan n'est pas terminé.

Après redémarrage, poste le contenu du rapport Combofix.txt2 accompagné d'un nouveau rapport Hijackthis que tu vas renommer en abcde.exe, pour ce faire tu click droit sur hijack this et renommer et tu changes le nom de celui ci.

S'il n'y a pas de rédémarrage, poste quand même les rapports

relance encore combofix, car un des processus fais de la resistance.

Copie le texte ci-dessous :

File::
C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\alg.exe

Ouvre le Bloc-Notes puis colle le texte copié.
(Démarrer\Tous les programmes\Accessoires\Bloc notes.)
Sauvegarde ce fichier sous le nom de CFScript.txt.

Glisse maintenant le fichier CFScript.txt dans Combofix.exe comme ci-dessous :

Cela va relancer Combofix,

Une fenêtre bleue va apparaître: au message qui apparaît ( Type 1 to continue, or 2 to abort) , tape 1 puis valide.

Patiente le temps du scan.Le bureau va disparaître à plusieurs reprises: c'est normal!

Ne touche à rien tant que le scan n'est pas terminé.

Après redémarrage, poste le contenu du rapport Combofix.txt accompagné d'un rapport Hijackthis.

S'il n'y a pas de rédémarrage, poste quand même les rapports.

Puis

tu surf avec internet explorer 6.0 = failles de securitées importantes

alors fais les mises a jour windows : tu veux la version 7.0

une fois antivir ouvert click surconfiguration et coche la case "expert mode" puis sur l´onglet scanner dans la fenetre du dessous tu va voir : rootkit search click sur le petit + pour deployer et coche la case a coté de ton disk dur
puis click sur configuration en haut a droite; dans la nouvelle fenetre a gauche >scanner > coche "scan all files" et en dessous >scanner priority = High
coche : allow stopping the scanner, comme cela tu peux faire une pause pendant le scan si tu le desir.
puis sur la droite coche les case suivantes :
scan boot sectors of selected drives
scan master boot sectors
scan memory
search foe rootkit before scan
decoche :
ignore off line files
toujours a gauche > scan > deploie > heuristique > macrovirus heuristic = coché et en dessous > win32 heuristic la case coché et high detection level

Je te dis tous ca car j´aimerais que tu performes un scan entier de ta machine a l´aide d´antivir avec les reglages stipulés ci dessus et que tu post le rapport généré ici stp

Donc dans ta prochaine reponse post le rapport de combofix avec un nouveau hijack this ainsi que le rapport de scan d´antivir effectué avec les reglages stipulés ci dessus.

J'ai téléchargé internet version 7 mais je navigue depuis toujours avec mozzila.
J'ai lancé combofix mais je pense qu'il a planté vers la fin parce que quand le programme indiquait que le compte rendu allé être mis, cela a duré pendant plus d'une demi-heure. J'ai alors quitté combofix et redémarré l'ordinateur.

Ok pour ie explorer 7.0 ;-)

Alg.exe a l´air d´avoir ete supprimé par combofix...

Ok pour le scan a l´aide d´antivir, oui fais le en mode sans echec c´est mieux ;-)

Oublie pas d´installer un par feu .

Puis fais aussi ceci :

ta version de acrobat reader n´est pas a jour, tu veux la version 8.1 derniere en date alors desinstale ta version par le panneau de configuration / ajoue et suppression de programme

et instale la derniere :

Par contre j'ai eu deux rapports je ne sais pas pourquoi alors je vais te mettre les deux. Antivir m'a trouvé des détections dans le fichier de combofixe ce qui est normal je pense. Je l'ai donc supprimé et je l'ai supprimé de ma corbeille.

J'ai mis tous les objets trouvés en quarantaine.

J'ai donc redémarré l'ordi et là j'ai deux ananlyses qui se font en même temps je ne sais pas pourquoi. Elles se sont mises en route toutes seules lors de l'ouverture de windows. Je laisse faire et j'attends tes nouvelles directives.

Oui je voie les deux rapports; pourquoi en a t-il fait deux je ne sais pas...

Tu as choisie : "Intelligent file selection" -> c´est mieux avec "all files"

Mais :

Les rapports sont tout deux tres prometteurs, il indiquent que les virus trouvés sont dans la quarantaine de combofix comme tu l´avais vu par toi meme ainsi que dans la restauration system, chose que l´on va desinfecter en fesant une simple manip a la fin.

Ces quoi ces deux analyses en court?

A la fin de ces deux analyses ça m'a mis 5 "warning" voilà. Je ne sais pas pourquoi il y en a eu 2 !

Les warning correspondent aux driver de Damon tool et a celui de windows...

Oui tu laisses antivir configuré comme tu l´as fais sauf :

Sous l´onglet scanner dans configuration tu coche la case all files...

La derniere manip :

Désactive ta restauration système:
pour cela :
Click droit sur poste de travail, dans l´arborescence sur propriétés;
dans la nouvelle fenettre click sur l´onglet restauration système;
coche la case désactiver la restauration systèm et applique.
puis redemarre le pc et click droit sur poste de travail, dans l´arborescence sur propriétés;
dans la nouvelle fenettre click sur l´onglet restauration systèm
décoche la case désactiver la restauration systèm et applique.

puis

Télécharge ToolsCleaner sur ton bureau.

# Clique sur Recherche et laisse le scan agir ...

Le faite de faire la manip avec les point de réstauration, cela a pour but d´effacer les points de réstauration anciennement crés, et donc de supprimer les point de réstauration qui étaient infectés...

Voila, nos chemins se séparent ici...

trojan remover, qui est excellent pour retirer les vers, virus, etc...,
et Sunbelt personnal Firewall, comme parefeu, et
Avast, comme Antivirus, voilà.

Je les ai téléchargés sur www.telecharger.com, et mon ensemble,
a l'air de bien fonctionner, et d'être efficace pour protéger, et virer les virus, voilà.

une fois antivir ouvert click surconfiguration et coche la case "expert mode" puis sur l´onglet scanner dans la fenetre du dessous tu va voir : rootkit search click sur le petit + pour deployer et coche la case a coté de ton disk dur
puis click sur configuration en haut a droite; dans la nouvelle fenetre a gauche >scanner > coche "scan all files" et en dessous >scanner priority = High
coche : allow stopping the scanner, comme cela tu peux faire une pause pendant le scan si tu le desir.
puis sur la droite coche les case suivantes :
scan boot sectors of selected drives
scan master boot sectors
scan memory
search foe rootkit before scan
decoche :
ignore off line files
toujours a gauche > scan > deploie > heuristique > macrovirus heuristic = coché et en dessous > win32 heuristic la case coché et high detection level
