Bonjour,
Mon ordinateur portable compaq presario v6000 acheté en octobre dernié , il a a peine 5 mois !
devient tres tres lent et bug beaucoup !!
tant sur le net que sur windows ( ouverture de fichier , de logiciel ...)
cela m'inquiète beaucoup !! que dois-je faire ??
aidez moi svpp !!
alors voila tte les info que j'ai recolté sur mon pc :
Ms Windows vista
intel celeron M CPU
( info collecté via cleaner en haut a gauche !)
je suis assez novice ! au risque de me répéter svp ^^
J'ai deja tenté la restauration systeme et la defragmentation et ccleaner ..

salut poste un hijack :

1) Clique ICI pour télécharger le fichier d'installation d'HijackThis :http://www.infos-du-net.com/telecharger/HijackThis,0301-454.html

Enregistre HJTInstall.exe sur ton bureau

Double-clique sur HJTInstall.exe pour lancer le programme

Par défaut, il s'installera là || C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\HijackThis

Accepte la license en cliquant sur le bouton "I Accept"

Choisis l'option "Do a system scan and save a log file"

Clique sur "Save log" pour enregistrer le rapport qui s'ouvrira avec le bloc-note

Clique sur "Edition -> Sélectionner tout", puis sur "Edition -> Copier" pour copier tout le contenu du rapport

Colle le rapport que tu viens de copier sur ce forum

Ne fixe encore AUCUNE ligne, cela pourrait empêcher ton PC de fonctionner correctement

je vois des traces de symantec ==>as tu eu norton avant ANTIVIR,si c'est le cas pour désinstaller proprement norton :http://service1.symantec.com/SUPPORT/INTER/tsgeninfointl.nsf/fr_docid/20050414110429924

ensuite :télécharge AVG anti-spyware ici:http://free.grisoft.com/doc/download-free-anti-spyware/us/frt/0 (tu prend la version free)
tutoriel d'utilisation:http://www.kachouri.com/tuto/tuto-161-avg-anti-spyware-75-pour-votre-securite.html
fais un scan complet et supprimes ce que tu trouve,poste le rapport ici.

télécharge e-scan :http://www.spywareinfo.dk/download/mwav.exe

> Utilisation de EScan Antivirus Toolkit :

- Étape 1:
> Avant de lancer le programme, il faut le mettre à jour tel qu'indiqué à l'étape 2.

- Étape 2:
> Voici comment mettre l'escan à jour :
- Double-clique le fichier mwav.exe qui se trouve sur le Bureau,
Dézippe les fichiers dans le nouveau dossier (escan) situé à la racine du lecteur C:\ (C:\escan).
Le programme va se lancer, et tu dois le quitter (clique sur "Exit" puis "Exit").
- Double-clique sur le Poste de travail, puis double-clique sur le lecteur principal (habituellement C:\), double-clique sur le dossier escan.
Ensuite, double-clique sur le fichier kavupd.exe.
Tu verras maintenant une fenêtre DOS apparaître, et la mise à jour se complètera en quelques minutes.
- Lorsque la mise à jour sera complétée, tu verras "Press any key to continue"
Tape sur une touche pour continuer.
> Ne lance pas le scan tout de suite !

- Étape 3:
> Démarre en mode Sans Échec,
Pour cela, tu tapotes la touche F8 dès le début de l’allumage du pc sans t’arrêter
Une fenêtre va s’ouvrir tu te déplaces avec les flèches du clavier sur démarrer en mode sans échec puis tape entrée.
Une fois sur le bureau s’il n’y a pas toutes les couleurs et autres c’est normal !
(Si F8 ne marche pas utilise la touche F5).

>voici comment utiliser le programme eScan Antivirus Toolkit:
- Pour lancer "eScan Antivirus Toolkit", trouve le fichier mwavscan.com situé dans le dossier C:\escam
- Double-clique sur mwavscan.com; l'interface d'eScan va apparaître à l'écran.
- Il est très important de bien cocher ces boîtes sous Scan Option : Memory, Registry, Startup Folders, System Folders, Services.
- Coche la boîte Drive, ce qui donne accès à une nouvelle boîte Drive (bouton rond) juste dessous,
- Coche ce bouton "Drive" (très important..), et tu verras une nouvelle boîte de navigation apparaître à la droite.
- Assure toi que All local drives soit activé.
- Juste au-dessous, assure-toi que Scan All Files est coché, et non Program Files.
- Clique sur Scan Clean et laisse le tool vérifier tout le disque dur (ça peut être long..).
Lorsque terminé, tu verras Scan Completed.
Ne pas quitter tout de suite !

> Ouvre un nouveau fichier Bloc notes (clique sur "Démarrer" => "Programmes" =>"Accessoires" => "Bloc notes"),
puis fait un copier/coller de tout le contenu de la fenêtre Virus Log Information (la deuxième, au bas) dans le fichier texte,
Sauvegarde le sur le bureau.
EScan génère également un rapport complet dans le dossier C:\escam (nommé mwav.log), mais il est trop lourd pour poster sur le forum.

-> Relance HijackThis cliques sur « scanner seulement » ou (« do a scan only »),
coche les cases devant ces lignes :

O4 - HKLM\..\RunOnce: [Launcher] %WINDIR%\SMINST\launcher.exe

et ensuite ferme toutes les fenêtres actives autres que HijackThis!, navigateur inclus,
puis clique "Fix checked"( ou « fixer objet »). Ferme HijackThis!

alors jai supprimé les trois truc que tu m'a di et oui , j'ai toujour ses lenteur , même au démarage , mon ordinateur met bcp de temps a s'allumer , a ouvrire mes document et aussi sur internet ....
mersi pour ton aide !!

bon tu vas faire cela :

télécharge AVG anti-spyware ici:http://free.grisoft.com/doc/download-free-anti-spyware/us/frt/0 (tu prend la version free)
tutoriel d'utilisation:http://www.kachouri.com/tuto/tuto-161-avg-anti-spyware-75-pour-votre-securite.html
fais un scan complet et supprimes ce que tu trouve,poste le rapport ici.

Nettoyeurs (de fichiers inutiles) et autres :

*Ccleaner (gratuit)
Téléchargement :

Lors de l’installation, [décoche] l’option qui t’installerait la barre Yahoo !

voila donc j'ai tou fai rien avec AVG
rJ'avais deja ccleaner
et voici le rapport pour kaspersky qui n'a rien trouvé non plus

télécharge lopxp(by moe):http://sosvirus.changelog.fr/Green_day/Lopxpsetup.exe

Double clic sur Lopxpsetup.exe pour lancer l'installation
Au menu, choisir l'option 1
Patienter jusqu'à que l'on demande d'appuyer sur une touche, appuyer !
Une rapport sera alors crée, à copie/colle en entier sur le forum.
