Hello,
I bought a Cocoon cordless phone with 2 handsets. I would like to transfer the phone directory from handset 1 to handset 2, but I couldn't find the procedure in the user manual.
Can you please provide me with a solution?

    For the French manual of the Cocoon 950 Twin, go to the website www.ucom.be, in the products tab, select
    cordless telephone, choose your model from the dropdown list on the left, and click on User guide (pdf). You will arrive at a page that offers the models with the manuals in the languages you wish.

    For the past two days, the answering machine has not been working. When I press the central button on the support, I no longer hear "you have no new messages." Yet, the red light is on. What should I do? I've only had this Cocoon 951 for a month! Thank you for your help.

      besides customer service, I have no solution
      if it's Lidl they exchange or refund without discussion

      The red light stays on because there is no message. If it is blinking, it means there is a message.
      For my part, I would like to change the welcome message, but I have lost the manual. Could someone please advise me?

      I replied to you a bit quickly. If you no longer hear the welcome message and think it's broken, don't hesitate to return it; the warranty works perfectly.
      As for me, the messages suggesting going to the site for the answering machine manual don’t provide me with any information on this subject.

    We purchased a Cocoon 951 Twin duo phone on December 6, 2006. It turns out that this phone is crackling, and when we make a call, we cannot hear the person on the other end.

      Hello
      at my place with FT all calls display the sender but I am subscribed
      otherwise putting them in the directory should do the trick.

      As for the other issues (communication cuts, no more network, batteries that annoy, and all the things that ruin your life), they occur after about 18 months, either the customer service will fix it but try to get it replaced, or you smash it with a hammer. Your health will be much better right away

      These phones aren't worth their weight in gold, they sell for way too much for what they are, and in case of a breakdown it’s a nightmare

        Moreover, the Coccoon 951 is very incompatible with the Freebox; for those who use it, please switch to a different phone and opt for a landline, as issues mainly arise with this usage.

    I bought the same phone in 2006, with a 3-year warranty.
    After contacting the company by phone, the hotline, I informed them that when I made a call, the communication would disconnect after 30 seconds. The problem is that the base no longer charges the handset.
    With their agreement, I returned the entire unit on March 11, 2008, and it was just returned on April 16.
    No explanatory letter, the problem persists. It was neither repaired nor exchanged.

      Good evening everyone,

      I have the same phone from the same time period, first of all, I changed the rechargeable batteries for new ones
      that eliminates one less battery life issue! :)
      Then, I found the problem for the cut-off after 30 seconds to a minute of conversation
      actually, I changed the transformer of the fixed base, I don't know if it would work the same for you,
      I switched from 9v to 12v with 1 amp, basically I replaced it with the transformer from my freebox :D
      otherwise, try to find a similar type of AC DC adapter, with sufficient amperage
      Just remember that it's at your own risk to run above the normal voltage, but for now it works for me XD

    Hello

    My parents also bought this phone at Lidl and for some time now when we call them, the base starts to emit a continuous beeping sound and the only way to stop it is to unplug it.
    Can someone help me solve the problem?

    Sorry to disappoint you, but this will be the third time I'm sending my cocoon 951 for repair and it comes back the same, no charge for the second phone, no answering machine, the phone does not charge, it beeps to indicate low battery, this is the problem with all the phones from LIDL, good luck for the future, "the email from topcom Belgium; ikondraciuk@ipglobalnet.com" is not a joke.
