Bonjour, j'ai eu aujourd'hui sur mon ordinateur l'apparition d'une nouvelle barre appelé emotrlq: elle se présente avec remove popups scan spyware security test et spam protection.
J'ai essayé de faire comme vous lavez precrit sur un topic pour une barre j... avec sd fix et un antivirus mais cela n'a pas marché.je nen sais pas la raison. Veuillez svp m'aidez a resoudre ce probleme que je rpends tres au serieux.
Veuillez svp me precrire les etapes a faire sur ce topic personellement.

Dézippe le dans un dossier prévu à cet effet.
Par exemple C:\hijackthis < Enregistre-le bien dans c : !
Lance le en cliquand droit sur hijackthis.exe et choisir "exécuter en tant qu'administrateur" puis:
Clique sur "do a system scan and save logfile" (cf démo)
Faire un copier coller du log entier sur le forum

Ok

Démarre en mode sans échec :
Pour cela, tu tapotes la touche F8 dès le début de l’allumage du pc sans t’arrêter
Une fenêtre va s’ouvrir tu te déplaces avec les flèches du clavier sur démarrer en mode sans échec puis tape entrée.
Une fois sur le bureau s’il n’y a pas toutes les couleurs et autres c’est normal !
(Si F8 ne marche pas utilise la touche F5).

Relance le programme Smitfraudfix toujours en ADMINISTRATEUR,
Cette fois choisit l’option 2, répond oui a tous ;
Sauvegarde le rapport, Redémarre en mode normal, copie/colle le rapport sauvegardé sur le forum

Exécute HijackThis en ADMINISTRATEUR et:

Clique sur "Do a scan", coche la case devant cette ligne et ensuite clique sur fix checked :

O2 - BHO: (no name) - {7E853D72-626A-48EC-A868-BA8D5E23E045} - (no file)

Ferme HijackThis.

Pour répondre à tes questions: 
est-ce que tous mes problèmes sont résolus parce que je n'ai plus la barre mais est ce que le virus est parti ?


Tous tes problèmes, je ne sais pas, a toi de me le dire. Par contre, l'infection décrite au départ est bien supprimée. :)
Par contre, attention à l'endroit ou tu surfes....Cela peut se choper sur des sites tels que des sites X notamment. 

est ce que je peux désormais supprimer smitfraudix, sdfix et hitchakis sans que le virus revienne ?


Oui tu peux désinstaller HijackThis et supprimer SDfix et Smitfraudfix ainsi que leurs rapports.
