Bonjour,
salut tout le monde..
voila un jour je parlais sur msn et la moi et ma copine on a recu une adress email quand je lui est demandé sété quoi elle ma repondu qu'elle savé pa et kalle avait rien envoyé !!mais le probleme c'est que je l'ai ouvert :s et depuit mon msn se ferme quelque fois et se bloque subitement kan je vais pour tout quitté un message aparait komme koi mes contactes mon parler et que si je quitte toutes les fenetre se fermeront...
pouvez vous maider svp ????

Tu es infectée par un virus car MSN est le pire des endroits et le plus contaminés de tous.
Seule solution faire faire un scanne de ton pc par l'antivirus mis à jour si il n'est pas déjà désactivé par le virus.

Oui il est infacter mais ne t'inquiete pas il y a un logiciel pour nettoyer ce genre de virus !! Je m'en rapelle plus je le cherche et je te le passe :)

- Décompresse donc le dossier zip MSNFix et lance le fichier "MSNFix.bat". Une fenêtre bleue doit apparaitre.
- Mets l'interface en français en appuyant sur la touche F puis sur Entrée.
- Lance la recherche de virus en appuyant sur la touche R puis sur Entrée.
Si un virus est détecté, il te sera alors demandé de nettoyer l'ordinateur.
Un message d'erreur concernant la suppression impossible d'un fichier sera résolu par un redémarrage.
Après le nettoyage, la barre "Démarrer" s'efface puis réapparait, cela fait partie de la procédure de nettoyage.
- Poste le rapport qui s'ouvre en fin de nettoyage sur le forum stp.
Si ta barre "Démarrer" ne s'affiche toujours pas, il suffit de faire :
Ctrl + Alt + Suppr (sous Windows XP), ou Ctrl + Maj + Echap (sous Windows Vista) pour ouvrir le Gestionnaire de tâches Windows.
- Fais ensuite "Fichier", puis "Nouvelle tâche" et entre explorer.exe dans la fenêtre qui apparait et finis par "OK".
- redémarre ton ordinateur pour achever le nettoyage !

Puis tu reviens ici et au lieu d' écrire voila c'est fait , tu écris voilà mon rapport puis tu appuies sur les 2 touches Ctrl+ v .
et le rapport qui était dans le presse papier apparait sur le forum.

- Lance Zebrestore et coche les cases suivantes :

Réinitialiser Fichier Hosts
Clique sur Restaurer. Ferme le programme.
> Télécharge Cleaner : http://www.malekal.com/download/clean.zip (différent de Ccleaner)
> Démarre en mode sans échec : (image). Si problème : tuto ici
- Double-clic sur clean.cmd
- Une fenêtre va apparaître, choisis l'option 2, suis les consignes et poste le rapport clean
- Si tu obtiens un fichier C:\upload_moi.zip, alors fais ceci: http://www.malekal.com/tuto_upload_fichiers.php
NB : Si besoin, clean : http://mickael.barroux.free.fr/securite/clean.php
