Bonjour tout le monde voilà mon problème depuis quelques temps je suis souvent déconnecté d'internet, certaines personens que je connais m'ont dit que c'était peut-être un virus mais elles n'en savent pas plus que moi, j'ai voulu faire un sacn avec bitdefendre online met il me dit échec pendant la mise àjour donc je ne l'ai pas fait, voilà un log HijackThis, merci de votre aide.

Et bien la plupart du temps ça se passe quand je suis sur le net depuis quelques heures (4 ou 5) voire plus et je suis déconnectée. Je dois donc me reconnecter en cliquant sur mon icone internet.

puisque tu n'as pas le contrôle je te conseillerai de faire un echange de ta live mais avant verifie en1 que tu n'as pas de probleme sur ta ligne

essais de te fairechanger ton modem car ma live etait une sagem et depuis que je l'ai changé je n'est plus eu ce probleme
si ton probleme prssiste je me renseignerai ici etlà et te ferai parvenir des infos

Le problème persiste toujours mais je voudrais savoir si il peut s'agir d'un virus pouvez vous regarder mon log HijackThis svp.

il se pourrai que tu ais pris un virus mais je n'en suis pas des plus convainqu
solution 1- essais de faire un formatage si tu as le cd d'installation (meilleure façon de régler tout problème )
solution 2- les connexion par modem posent souvent des soucis et la plupart de ceux qui passaient par modem passent directement par live et n'ont plus de probs
en ce qui me concerne , je ferais la premiere solution et si le probleme perssiste envisage la deuxieme solution
pendant ce temps je continue à me rencarder et te tiendrais au courant
ne perds pas espoir , on vas y arriver , crois moi car tout probleme a sa solution
