Hello everyone and happy new year,
here I’m getting a bit late but I have the same problem as you with the error message "ef".
I disassembled the oil stove and I saw that there was a lump of soot at the burner level. I removed it and since then everything works but if someone has the documentation with the messages that are not in the user manual.
