Raport Hijack

Bonjour,
Je ne m'y connais pas très bien en Informatique et il me semble avoir fait plein de bétises...On m'a donc conseillé de poster un rapport Hijack sur le forum! J'espere que vous pourrez m'aider!
J'ai essayé d'utiliser ad-aware sans succes j'ai toujours des fenteres de pub qui s'ouvrent toutess seule.
Que dois je faire ?
