Bonjour,
J'ai un problème avec mon ordi, hier des que j'ouvrai une page internet j'avais enormement de pub j'ai installé spybot plus rien mais maintenant lorsque je suis sur internet une page blanche s'ouvre en plus de ma page net ensuite elle bouge plus...aider moi svp spybot ne dectecte plus rien!!!

    Colle un Log hijackthis :

    télécharge HijackThis ici :
    http://telechargement.zebulon.fr/138-hijackthis-1991.html

    Dézippe le dans un dossier
    Par exemple C:\hijackthis < Enregistre le bien dans c:\

    Lance le puis:
    clique sur "do a system scan and save logfile"
    faire un copier coller du log et le poster sur le forum

    spybot me dit qu'il a décelé un élément important du registre a été modifié apres il me demande si je veux faire la modif' ou refusé la modif'!
    j'ai pas encor téléchargé hijack this je v le faire
    Je sais pas koi faire avec spybot

    J'ai fait le truc avec hijack this mais impossible de faire un copier coller, g juste plein de phrase incomprehenseible ke je peut cocher ou decocher

    Ok je vais lire ton rapport, pendant ce temps, désinstalle Spybot, redémarre ton ordinateur, puis réinstalle le mais en prennant bien soin de ne pas cocher (lors de la procédure d'installation) TeaTimer.
    C'est a cause de ça que tu as ce genre de messages :

    Non justement, il ne faut pas installer TeaTimer, pendant l'installation, il y aura TeaTimer qui sera cocher, tu dois le décocher.
    Puis poursuivre l'installation.

    le problème c que au message de spybot je doit donner une reponse soit autorisé la modif ou refusé la modif je répons quoi?

    Désinstalle Spyware Terminator par ajout/supression de programmes.

    Telecharge BTFix de (Bibi26) :

    http://cluster1.easy-hebergement.net/

    BtFix
    Ouvre le dossier BTFix.
    Double clique sur BTFix.exe.
    Clique sur Rechercher et laisse faire le scan.
    Puis clique sur Nettoyer.
    Poste le rapport dans ta réponse.

    Relance HijackThis, choisis "do a scan only" coche la case devant les lignes ci-dessous et clic en bas sur "fix checked".

    Tu repond autoriser la modif.
    Et apres tu fait ce qui est ecrit post 5. pour spybot.
    Une fois qu'il sera réinstallé sans TeaTimer, fait la suite.

    En effet il n'y a qu'une ligne de fixer. Tu as passé le BTFix et desinstallé Spyware Terminator ?

    Désinstalle Spyware Terminator par ajout/supression de programmes.

    Telecharge BTFix de (Bibi26) :
    http://cluster1.easy-hebergement.net/

    BtFix
    Ouvre le dossier BTFix.
    Double clique sur BTFix.exe.
    Clique sur Rechercher et laisse faire le scan.
    Puis clique sur Nettoyer.
    Poste le rapport dans ta réponse.

    je l'ai déja fait j'ai désinstaller spyware terminator! il n'est plus sur mon bureau
    je l'ai plus non plus dans ajout supression de programme

    aparement j'ai plus de page blanche ki aparaissent, mais lorsque j'ai une fenetre internet d'ouverte je n'ai pas de pop up de bloké c'est normal?

    Utilise le BTFix, c'est pour voir si tu as des toolbars nid à espion d'installé sur ton ordinateur.

    Réessaye de fixer ces lignes dans Hijackthis :

    Relance HijackThis, choisis "do a scan only" coche la case devant les lignes ci-dessous et clic en bas sur "fix checked".

    S'il te demande un redémarrage, relance ton PC.

    On arrête le service puis on le désactive :

    Arrête ce service

    services à arrêter : ASLDR Service; SureThing Shared

    pour ça fais cette manip :

    - Clique Droit sur "Ordinateur" sur le bureau
    - Gérer
    - Services et Applications
    - Services
    - Clic droit sur le service cité -
    - propriétés
    - et dans "type de démarrage" et mets le sur « désactivé ».
    - Ensuite si le "Status du service" est sur "Démarré" faire : « arrêté »
