Gravure échoue à 5 % en 12x avec nero 6.0

Bonjour,
il m'est impossible de graver du jour au lendemain!!
Nero m'indique que la gravure a échoué à 5% en 12x!
La fonction writestate est invalide et il lui est impossible d'éxecuter Ent Track.
J'ai besoin de votre aide, c'est très urgent mer ci d'avance!
