Aide pour overclocking mon pc (débutant)

Bonjour,
Ne m'y connaissant pas trop je voudrais savoir si quelqu'un peut m'aider a configurer mon bios et ai booster afin d'augmenté les capacité de mon pc.

Ma config :

Carte mère P5W DH Deluxe, socket 775, Asus
Carte graphique GeForce 7600 GS, PCI-E, 512 Mo
Disque dur Deskstar T7K500, 320 Go, 7200 RPM, 16 Mo, SATA II
, 2 x 1 Go, PC2-5400, XMS2, CAS4, Corsair ram
Processeur Core 2 Duo E6600 (2.4 GHz) + ventilo, Socket 775,

    Je voudrai l'augmenté pour les jeux surtout et je trouve que le ventil fait beaucoup de bruit (je crois qu'il y en a trois)

    il te faudra te documenter en liant des tutoriels afin de comprendre ce que tu fais et de savoir revenir en arriere en cas de souci.

    Chaque overclock etant different difficile de réellement t'aider mais google est ton ami :

    bonsoir a tous , j ai un petit probleme avec mon pc il commence a bugger pour les jeux je foudrait juste savoir si sa vaux le cout de l overclock et surtout au mieux je pourrais amelioré quoi et comment merci a tous
