Hello,
I bought my Starsat 4000 at the end of December in Algeria, but when I arrived in France, I couldn't get it to turn on. It stays on ON. I asked around and the response I got was that during the flashing process, the microprocessor burned out because too much current passed through the device. I don't know anything about computers, but I'm all ears. Urgent responses would be greatly appreciated.
