Bonjour,
Voila mon rapport, malgré mon anglais désastreux j'ai pu voir qu'Antivir s'était cognié sur 2 ou 3 bébêtes.
Si vous pouviez m'aider à faire un peu de ménage se serais cool.

bon, ok ! on va pouvoir finir .....
Va dans le gestionnaire de tâches !
Pour ouvrir le gestionnaire de tâches, appuies simultanément sur les trois touches du clavier Ctrl-Alt-Suppr (Del).
Sous Windows NT/2000/XP, choisis l'onglet "Processus" (Processes) pour lister tous les processus. On notera que seuls les processus "maîtres" sont affichés (les .exe) mais pas leurs dépendances (les composants en .dll).
Rechercher le .exe intéressant et cliques sur "Terminer le processus".
tu viens de le supprimer, lui et ses composants dépendants.

Cliques sur ce lien :

Choisis la première ligne de téléchargement puis installe java.
En fin d'installation, revient sur la page pour vérifier ton installation.
Quand l'installation a réussi, ouvre le panneau de configuration >
Ajout/suppression de programmes et supprimes les anciennes versions (de java) afin d’éliminer les failles de sécurité présentes dans ces anciennes versions.
Fais cela pour chacune d'elle, une a une, fais redémarrer ton PC quand cela te le sera demandé .
Tu gardes la Java\jre1.6.0_03 !

Choisis la première ligne de téléchargement puis installe java.
En fin d'installation, revient sur la page pour vérifier ton installation.
Quand l'installation a réussi, ouvre le panneau de configuration >
Ajout/suppression de programmes et supprimes les anciennes versions (de java) afin d’éliminer les failles de sécurité présentes dans ces anciennes versions.
Fais cela pour chacune d'elle, une a une, fais redémarrer ton PC quand cela te le sera demandé .
Tu gardes la Java\jre1.6.0_03 !

Je te donne un Tool pour virer les programes de détection que je t'ai fait télécharger qui ne te serviront à rien puisqu'ils sont régulierement changés ( suivant les nouveaux arrivages de véroles en tout genre ) !
Surtout ne t'inquietes pas, il n'enlèvera que se dont tu n'auras plus besoin !
Ferme toutes les applications en cours, puis télécharge ToolsCleaner2 sur ton Bureau.

Double clique sur ToolsCleaner2.exe > clique sur Extract sans changer la destination initiale.
Ouvre le Poste de Travail > ouvre le Lecteur C:\
Ouvre le dossier ToolsCleaner.
clic sur l'as de carreau présent sur le bureau, tu auras cette fenetre https://www.cjoint.com/?bjp7iy5ti5
Cliques sur rechercher !
Fais un copier/coller du rapport qui se trouve dans C:\TCleaner.txt
Note : ton bureau va disparaître, c'est normal. S'il n'apparaît pas à la fin du scan, fais la manip suivante :
CTRL+ALT+SUPP pour ouvrir le Gestionnaire des tâches.
Puis rends toi à l'onglet "Processus". Clique en haut à gauche sur Fichiers et choisis "Exécuter"

bon, c'est cool, éventuellement, clique sur ce lien pour scanner ton PC avec un BitDefender en ligne
(uniquement sous Internet Explorer) :
https://www.bitdefender.com/toolbox/
Utilisation :
Clique sur "J'accepte" puis accepter également l'ActiveX bloqué par la barre anti-popup du SP2 qui clignotera en haut et l'installer.
Ensuite, clique sur "Cliquez ici pour scanner".
Patiente jusqu'à la fin du scan qui peut durer un certain temps !
Copie/colle le rapport entier sur ta prochaine réponse sur le forum.
je te donnes la fin ensuite !
