Virus VB-NPM et disque amovible bloqué

Bonjour,
J'ai un pb de virus sur mes deux ordinateurs (un fixe et un portable avec undisque dur USB transportable entreles deux)
J'ai fait appel à vous il y a qq jours et je croyais le pb résolu mais visiblement ce n'est pas le cas.
J'avais, avec vous, nettoyé le portable mais le "fixe" est également très infecté ainsi que le disque amovible (I:).
Je vous poste ci-dessous les reports des 4 actions préliminaires souhaitées (ccleaner, avg,bitdefender, et hijackthis) faites sur ce "fixe".
