Problème exécution acrobat reader

Bonjour,

J'ai installé windows XP Pro sur un ordi. Je rencontre un problème pour éxécuter acrobat reader. En fait, je l'ai téléchargé (plusieurs essais) sur le bureau. Mais quand je fais "exécuter" pour l'installer, il m'affiche une fenètre "Windows Installer: problème dû à windows en mod sans échec ou problème d'installation de windows". J'ai téléchargé une nouvelle version de Windows Installer mais rien n'y fait. Je ne sais plus quoi faire et j'ai besoin d'acrobat.

Quelqu'un peut t-il m'aider?
