Problème internet probablement virus sniff

Bonjour,
En ce moment j'ai un gros problême moi qui télécharger beaucoup de chose jai telecharger un truc sans faire exprés sa s'appelair french eazel donc je les supp et quand j'ouvre mozilla je me retrouve avec en haut frencheazel comme lien comme si j'était dessus donc je vais
dans option je change la page d' acceuil je remet google et je m' appercoit que youtubes etc.. marche pas ou bien bug plein plein de site ne marche plus exemple en image quand jevais sur google sa me fait sa :

          ensuie télécharger Spybot S&D pour voir si il n'y a pas de SPYWARE gênants:

                    quand tu refait ton test hijackthis il te propose de les cocher...une fois que tu les a cocher tu les supprime

                      Merde j'ai supprimer l'autre sesion pour voir si sa allez marcher donc hijackthis aussi et en plus même le site de hijackthis je peut y'aller dessus se virus a l'aire de se propager de plus en plus que faire je suis sous wondws vista et je n'est pas de cd de formatage qui m'a était livré avec le pc.

                            excuse moi mais je doit aller depanner un pc de toute urgence (une jeune fille en detresse ^^lol)c'est ma padawan ^^ elle a flasher une carte graphique nvidia et elle a rater le flash donc plus rien a l'ecran faut que j'aille taper des commande a l'aveuglette ^^

                              Pas trop compri mais je croit en réexpliquant tous se que j'ai fait voila tous l'heure je sait pas comment j'ai fait maisplusieurs site n marchait plus ya 5 min même google ne marchait plus j'est telecharger hijackthis j'ai fait doscan pas plus j'ai supprimer tous mes sesions j'ai telecharger c cleaner corriger les érreur j'ai fait 3 scan avast et spybot et tous les virus detectez supprimer que me reste t'il a faire.
