Ouverture de fenetre

Bonjour, je fais appel à vous car mon ordi m'ouvre des onglet ou des fenetre de pub. De plus, AVG me dit que je suis infecté (trojan) mais il ne désinfecte pas mon ordi. Avast ne voit rien ainsi que spybot et adaware. Que puis-je faire?
