j'ai un message d'infection de mon ordi par des spywares, qui me vient du centre de sécurité windows, j'ai exécuté Hijack This et j'envoie le rapport au cas où quelqu'un pourrait m'aider. Merci d'avance : (windows xp / Internet Explorer 5.0 / avast antivirus) :

* Au menu principal, choisis 2 et valide.
* Le fix va t'informer qu'il va alors redémarrer ton PC

* Appuie sur une touche comme demandé. (si ton Pc ne redémarre pas automatiquement, fais le toi même)
* Au redémarrage de ton PC, choisis ta session habituelle.
* Patiente jusqu'au message : *** Nettoyage Termine le ..... ***
* Le Bloc-notes va s'ouvrir.
* Sauvegarde le rapport de manière à le retrouver.
* Referme le Bloc-Notes. Ton bureau va réapparaître.
* Note : Si ton bureau ne réapparaît pas, fais CTRL+ALT+SUPP pour ouvrir le gestionnaire de tâches.

Utilisez "Spyware Terminator" seulement pour décontaminer un ordinateur, car il a un antivirus intégré. Ou il faudra vous défaire de votre antivirus existant, sinon il y aura conflit entre les deux antivirus !!!

Il faut d'abord que tu effaces tous tes points de restauration.
Effacer points de restauration :
1.) Clic droit sur "Poste de travail"
2.) Clic sur "Propriétés"
3.) Clic sur l'onglet "Restauration du système"
4.) Coches la case "Désactiver la Restauration du système sur tous les lecteurs.
5.) Clic sur "appliquer" suivi d'un clic sur "OK"

Il faut d'abord que tu effaces tous tes points de restauration.
Effacer points de restauration :
1.) Clic droit sur "Poste de travail"
2.) Clic sur "Propriétés"
3.) Clic sur l'onglet "Restauration du système"
4.) Coches la case "Désactiver la Restauration du système sur tous les lecteurs.
5.) Clic sur "appliquer" suivi d'un clic sur "OK"
Tous les points de restauration devraient être effacés maintenant. Redémarre ton ordinateur.
Ensuite, tu fais en scan gratuit en ligne avec "a squared" qui lui est un antimalware (antitroyen, antirootkit, antidialer, antikeylogger, etc.) réputé à l'adresse URL :
https://www.emsisoft.com/fr/home/emergencykit/ et par la même occasion, télécharges aussi le logiciel gratuit.
Fais un deuxième scan gratuit en ligne ici :

Tout à fait raison qu'elle est aussi longue. Mais avec ma méthode tu arrives à détecter aussi les autres cochonneries cachés sur le DD, avec "HijackThis" pas forcément. J'ai utilisé "HijackThis" depuis des années et je ne l'utilises maintenant seulement après avoir fait les scans avec d'autres produits.

tu désactives windows defender puisqu'il n'est pas copain avec BTFix mais tout ceci est normal ne t'inquiète pas, tu le ré activeras ensuite.
