Flashing a Starsat SR-X180D super demo

Bonjour,
can you tell me how to flash a Starsat SR-X180D super demo and if I need a straight or crossover cable
Configuration: Windows XP and Millennium Internet Explorer 7.0

    I hope we can get a response. Here is my problem: for a few weeks, I have had no signal intensity or signal quality, knowing that the problem does not come from the cable or the orientation of the satellite dish. Could the problem come directly from the dish? Should I change it? Thank you to everyone who can help. I don't want to have to buy a dish for nothing.
