J'espère que tu passes de bonnes vacances.

Voilà le rapport que tu m'as demandé mais prend ton temps car pour moi, l'important c'est que mon ordi soit enfin débarrassé de ses infections , grâce à ton aide.

Ceci dit, tu verras que j'ai remis Avast (la toute dernière version de début décembre) téléchargé depuis 01.net car AVG ne me plaisait pas. Pour ANTIVIR, on peut voir çà après tes vacances si tu veux, ce n'est pas urgent.

Qui plus est, j'ai du faire une restauration système au 14/12/07 car windows defender ne se mettait plus à jour (je le garde car sa protection se fait en temps réel: j'ai peur d'oublier les mises à jour manuelles des autres)

Pour info, je fais un nettoyage avec Ccleaner de temps en temps , je vais réinstaller spywareblaster ainsi que spybot

Et pour terminer, j'aimerai éliminer lcomplètement Yaooh toolbar (que j'ai très certainement téléchargé avec Ccleaner justement....)

PS: Ce n'est rien si j'ai mis l'appréçié "problème résolu" ?

Salut,

Mon antivirus est Viruskeeper Pro 2008 en version 8.0.0 d'évaluation de 30 jours. Du moins pour le moment car ensuite il faut l'acheter.

Précedemment, j'avais réinstallé Avast 4 familial mais des problèmes liés aux programmes en execution (4 sur 14

fonctionnaient au lieu de 6 sur 7 pour la normale) sont survenus 4x de suite, même après desinstallation/réinstallation, j'avais des

messages d'erreur de mises à jour "corrompu" et la protection était desactivée dans "vérifiez l'état de

sécurité de cet ordinateur" ; Je me suis donc méfiée....Ils ont pourtant été téléchargés sur 01.net, Clubic, CommtCM, donc des sites

connus, tant pis. En tout cas VK Pro me semble bien.

Pour Antivir, toujours pas de mises à jour, j'ai réessayé de le réinstaller plusieurs fois, j'abandonne.

En cherchant le fichier sous windows pour l'envoyer en analyse, j'ai vu qu'il correspond à ma nouvelle imprimante

J'ai revérifié au sujet de l'antivirus dans le centre de sécurité de l'ordi, tout est actif et Virus Keeper dit qu'il est à jour.
Par ailleurs, dans son programme</gras> : indice de protection 100 % actif , bouclier en temps réel mais les mises à jour auto (qui se faisaient au début de l'install) ne sont possibles qu'avec la version complète.

Donc, si j'ai bien compris, pour en avoir un <gras>BON, je dois l' acheter...

J'étais habituée à Avast...

A part ANTIVIR, que me conseillerais-tu ?

Salut g!rly,

J'ai fais comme tu me l'as conseillé : j'ai enlevé Zone Alarm et réinstallé Avast. Cà va pour le moment, je verrais.

Pour Antivir, c'est toujours pareil, pas de mises à jour, programmes obsolètes.....même sans Z A

(mais dans divers forums, j'ai vu que la nouvelle version d 'Antivir pose bcp de problèmes au niveau des mises à jour).

Peut-être n'est-il pas au point avec VISTA.?..........Personnellement, je préfère nettement XP car il est compatible

avec tout, ce qui n'est pas le cas de V. (pas de pilotes pour les anciens périph., on doit tout racheter : mon imprimante!)

Ceci explique donc peut-être cela.

En effet, Avast fonctionne toujours. Je vais donc le laisser.

Par contre, je ne vais pas remettre Z. A. car j'ai recherché sur le net et j'ai lu qu'il ne s'entend pas terrible avec Avast...

Connaitrais-tu un autre pare-feu gratuit avec mises à jour en temps réel ? car moi je n'en trouve pas.

PS: j'aurai un autre problème à te soumettre mais pas pour cet ordi, pour l'ancien, mais il faut que je recherche d'abord ts les renseignements de sa config.? Serais-tu OK ?

ok pour avast, c´est vrai que zone alarm parfois ne s´enttends pas bien avec avast; mais pas toujours...

sous vista le probleme c´est que les par feu ne se bousculent pas; moi non plus je n´en connais pas d´autre...

oui on peut toujours voir pour l´autre pc...

Et oui, me revoilà...

J'ai un petit souci. J'ai installé le cube win YODM 3D mais je n'arrive pas à le desinstaller!

En fait, je m'attendais à autre chose mais je le trouve dénué d'intérêt alors je veux l'enlever.

j'ai cherché dans les tutos avant de "t'embêter" mais ils disent que çà se désinstalle depuis desinstaller un programme.

Il y a comme un blème car ,déjà, j'ai lu qu'au téléchargement il ne s'installe pas et c vrai puisque je ne le vois pas dans les programmes.

Ensuite, quand je veux enlever tous ses programmes un à un (plaçés dans "mes document", sous un dossier que j'ai créé pour les

extraire de winzip), windows me dit que je dois avoir une autorisation et donc me refuse l'accès pour la suppression.

Y a t-il un moyen de tout nettoyer (et par la meme occasion de Re-vérifier si tout va bien dans mon ordi...)

hijackThis peut-être?

PS: Avast roule encore bien pour l'instant, il a trouvé des troyens.

Petit rajout : je te mets le rapport fait ce jour avec hijackthis et j'ai fait un nettoyage avec ccleaner (base de registre, programmes)

- et j'ai oublié de te dire que pour mon autre ordi, plus possible d'afficher quoi que ce soit (il date de 2002 donc un vieux roudoudou)-
on va l'amener en réparation sinon à la benne : -(

tu as decidé de desinstaller zone alarm completement?

pour yodm 3d tu as essayé de le supprimer en mode sans echec? (ps : c´est vraiment pas bien?)

sinon on peut essayer avec un logiciel de suppression de fichier, si tu me donne le chemin exact du dosssier ( ex : C:\Windows\System32\rstrui.exe)

d´ailleur j´aimerais que tu fasse analyser ce fichier : C:\Windows\System32\rstrui.exe sur virus total, car il m´a l´air bien suspect, tu dis avoir des alertes d´avast ?!

Re-lut',

Pour Zone Alarm, j'ai gardé l'icône d'installation au cas où.

Pour yodm 3D, çà représente un cube que tu dois afficher en appuyant sur CTRL et MAJ simultanément et que tu tournes soit avec la

souris, soit avec les touches directionnelles droite/gauche. Les flèches haut et bas sont pour le zoom.

Moi je pensais que le cube apparaissait en permanence mais non. Je ne cherche pas plus loin.

Sinon, je ne dis pas, c bien pratique car tu disposes de 4 bureaux, ce qui te permet de travailler sur diverses choses en même temps sans être gêné.

Esthétiquement, bof. Il peut être transparent, on peut lui mettre des fonds sur chaque face .

Tu m'as demandé son chemin : C:\utilisateurs\eric\documents\yodm-3d (rien sous windows, syst32 : il n'est pas installé mais sous vista il y a toujours ces foutues autorisations)
Pas essayé en mode sans échec.

Quant à rstrui.exe, je pense que c'est la resto système ( c.exe qui me derange )

Pour l'autre PC, quand j'essaye de le demarrer, il m'affiche un message d'erreur: " Inserer la disquette A.
Mais, je n'ai plus cette diskette de restauration et le CD n'est pas accepté.

oui je voie yodm-3d est un peu ce que l´on peut faire sous linux...

* Télécharge OTMoveIt2 (de Old_Timer) sur ton bureau : http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/oldtimer/OTMoveIt2.exe
* Double-clique sur OTMoveIt.exe pour lancer le programme,
* Copie la liste de fichiers ou de dossiers ci-dessous et colle-la dans la fenêtre du programme "Paste Custom List of Files/Folders to Move" :

C:\utilisateurs\eric\documents\yodm-3d

* Clique sur MoveIt! pour lancer la suppression,
* Le résultat appraraîtra dans le cadre Results.
* Clique sur Exit pour fermer le programme.
* Poste le rapport qui est situé ici : C:\\\_OTMoveIt\MovedFiles
* Il te sera peut-être demandé de redémarrer ton PC. Dans ce cas, clique sur Yes.

pour C:\Windows\System32\rstrui.exe

peux tu le refaire analyser ici stp

pour le deuxieme pc, c´est vrai que la situation parait chaotique ;-(
essaie toute fois au moment de le demarrer d´appuyer sur crtl+alt+sup simultanement plusieur fois et voie si tu atteinds le gestionnaire des taches.

yodm 3d: j'ai comparé avec ubuntu/ Linux Absolument rien à voir... pâle réplique, hélas.

C'est bien çà le rapport ? car il y a deux dossiers vides et un autre fichier (RES je pense) que je ne peux pas ouvrir = on me demande le programme.

ot_move ne trouve visiblement pas le dossier...

fais ceci :

Désactive le contrôle des comptes utilisateurs (tu le réactiveras après avoir supprimer le dossier):

- Va dans démarrer puis panneau de configuration
- Double Clique sur l'icône "Comptes d'utilisateurs"
- Clique ensuite sur désactiver et valide.

essaie de supprimer le dossier maintenant.

Cà y est. J'ai desinstallé le cube à l'aide du mode sans échec comme tu me l'avais conseillé auparavant.

J'ai essayé avec la desactivation des comptes utilisateurs mais çà n'a pas fonctionné.

Je te tiens au courant pour l'autre PC (je termine avec celui-ci car j'ai acheté des cartouches vides, à remplir soi-même, pour ma nouvelle
EPSON et j'ai hâte de voir si çà fonctionne).
