Je te conseille d'utiser Firefox comme navigateur par defaut, regarde LA,

Tu peux désinstaller puis réinstaller Firefox....pour un début....

Merci pour ta réponse. J'utilise fire fox depuis mars 07 suite à des soucis d'affichage de pubs intempestives. Cela a été résolu avec succès grace a l'aide d'un membre de la communauté du site comment ca marche. Encore merci à Blondin 777!

Voila ce qu'il y a d' installé : Ccleaner, virus keeper pro, Adaware, cleanup, spybot. Les mises à jour sont effectuées.

Je viens réinstaller firefox et le pb persiste, c'est l'horreur; ca mouline grave!!

Bonjour Mahogany,

Tu as plusieurs virus et un processus de pop up d'activé...entre autres....

Le partfeu Windows ne vaut pas grand chose, tache de me rappeler à la fin de donner un lien pour ZA.

Commence par faire un nettoyage de fond de ton PC :

> Télécharge Ccleaner,

Installe le, fais les mises à jour,
- Choisir l’onglet "Options" puis cliquer sur "Avancé" et décocher les cases "Effacer uniquement les fichiers, du dossier temp de Windows, plus vieux que 48 heures".
- Dans l'onglet "Nettoyeur" clique sur "Analyse".
- Une fois l'analyse terminée, clique sur "Lancer le Nettoyage".
- Ensuite, dans l'onglet "Erreurs" clique sur "Chercher des erreurs" puis, avant de cliquer sur "Réparer les erreurs sélectionnées" effectue une sauvegarde du registre (comme proposé). *Recommence jusqu’à ce qu’il ne trouve plus rien (cela varie en général entre 1 et 4 fois).

> Télécharge et scanne ton PC avec AVG anti-spyware
Fais un copier/coller du rapport entier sur le forum.

Remarque : Une fois l'analyse terminée, il faut faire un clique droit sur un fichier infecté et demander à "AVG Anti-Spyware 7.5" de le supprimer.
Puis clique sur "Appliquer toutes les actions" afin de tout supprimer automatiquement.

Scanne ton PC avec un BitDefender en ligne (uniquement sous Internet Explorer) :

- Clique sur "J'accepte" puis accepte également l'ActiveX bloqué par la barre anti-popup du SP2 qui clignotera en haut et installe le.
- Ensuite, clique sur "Cliquez ici pour scanner".
- Patiente jusqu'à la fin du scan qui peut durer assez longtemps...

- Fais la même chose pour les registres (onglet registres).

B ) Utilisation de eScan Antivirus Toolkit :

- Étape 1:

> Télécharge Escan Antivirus Toolkit
> Sauvegarde-le sur ton Bureau.
> Avant de lancer le programme, il faut le mettre à jour tel qu'indiqué à l'étape 2.

- Étape 2:

> Voici comment mettre l'escan à jour :

1. Double-clique le fichier mwav.exe qui se trouve sur le Bureau,
Dézippe les fichiers dans le nouveau dossier (escan) situé à la racine du lecteur C:\ (C:\escan).
Le programme va se lancer, et tu dois le quitter (clique sur "Exit" puis "Exit").

2. Double-clique sur le Poste de travail, puis double-clique sur le lecteur principal (habituellement C:\), double-clique sur le dossier escan.
Ensuite, double-clique sur le fichier kavupd.exe.
Tu verras maintenant une fenêtre DOS apparaître, et la mise à jour se complètera en quelques minutes.

3. Lorsque la mise à jour sera complétée, tu verras "Press any key to continue"
Tape sur une touche pour continuer.

> Ne lance pas le scan tout de suite !

- Étape 3:

> Démarre en mode Sans Échec,
Pour cela, tu tapotes la touche F8 dès le début de l’allumage du pc sans t’arrêter
Une fenêtre va s’ouvrir tu te déplaces avec les flèches du clavier sur démarrer en mode sans échec puis tape entrée.
Une fois sur le bureau s’il n’y a pas toutes les couleurs et autres c’est normal !
(Si F8 ne marche pas utilise la touche F5).

> Rend toi dans :
C:\Documents and Settings\Administrateur\Local Settings\Temp

> Ouvre le dossier temp et vide tout son contenu

> Vide le contenu de ta corbeile

> toujours en mode Sans Échec, voici comment utiliser le programme eScan Antivirus Toolkit:

- Pour lancer "eScan Antivirus Toolkit", trouve le fichier mwavscan.com situé dans le dossier C:\escam
- Double-clique sur mwavscan.com; l'interface d'eScan va apparaître à l'écran.
- Il est très important de bien cocher ces boîtes sous Scan Option : Memory, Registry, Startup Folders, System Folders, Services.
- Coche la boîte Drive, ce qui donne accès à une nouvelle boîte Drive (bouton rond) juste dessous,
- Coche ce bouton "Drive" (très important..), et tu verras une nouvelle boîte de navigation apparaître à la droite.
- Assure toi que All local drives soit activé.
- Juste au-dessous, assure-toi que Scan All Files est coché, et non Program Files.
- Clique sur Scan Clean et laisse le tool vérifier tout le disque dur (ça peut être long..).
Lorsque terminé, tu verras Scan Completed.
Ne pas quitter tout de suite !

> Ouvre un nouveau fichier Bloc notes (clique sur "Démarrer" => "Programmes" =>"Accessoires" => "Bloc notes"),
puis fait un copier/coller de tout le contenu de la fenêtre Virus Log Information (la deuxième, au bas) dans le fichier texte,
Sauvegarde le sur le bureau.
EScan génère également un rapport complet dans le dossier C:\escam (nommé mwav.log), mais il est trop lourd pour poster sur le forum.

> Ferme le programme.

> Redémarre ton PC en mode Normal.

Poste (copie/colle) le rapport que tu as sauvegardé dans ta prochaine réponse.

Fais comme pour les clées avec tes cartes flash (un formatage complet)

ET bien très honnêtement : j'en sais rien. Je fais un copier collé des logs et ensuite je continue mon message et puis voila çà apparaiit en grisé! Mais cela n'est valable que pour la fin du message, pour le début et bien je cherche encore......
