Bonjour,
voilà je viens d'avoir ma connexion à internet depuis vendredi dernier, tout allait très bien jusqu'à hier en fin d'après-midi où mon PC a bugué! Ni la souris ni les commandes du clavier ne répondaient. Obligé donc de coupé l'ordi.
Et il me le refait maintenant assez souvent et c'est plus que pénible!!
alors je prie sur vos compétences amis de la toile, pour que vous puissez m'aider à résoudre ce problème de merde!

Bonjour, donc apès les mises à jours et tout le tralala, la souris et le clavier de ton pc sont bloqués, c'est bien ça?
Oui, voilà j'ai fais les mises à jours de Windows et puis celles de Norton aussi, j'ai installé Spybot aussi mais rien.
As-tu le cd windows pour réparer ?
Ta version est elle valide ? Souvent ces problèmes interviennent après le WGA... Et microsoft bloque ton clavier + souris si ta version est déclaré comme "deja utilisée" ou "non valide"...

Oui oui, j'ai acheté mon pc (portable) en janvier, j'ai le dvd de réinstallation du systeme et tous les périphériques bidules trucs et machins.
Donc c'est une version valide. Mais ce genre de bug ne m'était jamais arrivé avant sur une autre connexion avec le même PC.
J'ai fais le reboot (enfin la même chose que ce que je peux faire avec le dvd) mais depuis le pc directement avec Norton Ghost qui est installé automatiquement. Et pourtant ce matin, tôt, ça a replanté encore, et il n'y avait pas grand chose d'installé dessus (eMule avec les téléchargements qui tournaient, msn, norton, spybot, ...), mon disque dur externe était connecté aussi (que je soupçonne d'ête infecté par un virus (rajump.exe), mais il ne m'a jamais emmerdé de cette manière, c'est pour ça que je doute que ce soit.
donc ça me soule!

Et c'est un peu de ta faute ! télécharger sur la mule entraine des ravages pour ton pc, saches le....
L'utilisation d'un crak ou autre = entraine le blocage de ton pc, saches le..
En démarrant en mode sans échec, derniere bonne configuration de windows connues = cela ne te donne rien ?
tu vas devoir envoyer un rapport hijack, tu peux le faire ?

Lol, oui je sais que la mule ça ramasse des conneries, mais comme je te l'ai dis auparavant, j'avais jamais eu ce genre de bugs.

pour l'instant là il bug pas (je touche du bois), donc je pourrais très bien redémarrer en mode sans échec mais pas forcément voir avoir de bugs pendant un moment.

Bon le mieux, faire un scan de ton pc avec hijackthis..

voila je fais ce que tu m'a dis.
mais, je pense pas que le fais qu'Adobe Reader ne soit pas à jour, joue là dessus.
et Avast je ne l'ai installé que tout à l'heure pour simplement voir si lui trouvait quelque chose. hier je ne l'avais pas installé.
sinon, j'ai relancé la mule tout à l'heure, et quelque 5 10 min plus tard ça a planté.
donc je présume que le problème viens de là. mais je sais pas comment?!

j'ai remarqué tu as supprimé emule...
ton hijacthis se ballade, du lecteur C il passe maintenant au D:\\HijackThis.exe
installes cette version une fois pour tout !

Ensuite laisse tomber emule vois un changement...
Nettoies ton pc avec ccleaner tuto Cleaner

Pour plus d'éfficacité, tu devras nettoyer ta machine en mode sans échec :
La procédure est longue et en partie en mode sans échec. Attention, tu n'as pas accès à Internet dans ce mode, enregistre cette page Web (clique sur fichier/enregistrer sous/choisis « Bureau ») ou imprime ce que tu as à faire.
Redémarre en mode Sans Échec
(au démarrage, tapote immédiatement la touche F8), puis tu verras un écran avec choix de démarrages :
choisis Mode sans échec avec les flèches du clavier, puis valide avec Entrée.
Choisis ton compte usuel (et non Administrateur).
Lance avg
Asquared free
et ccleaner pour nettoyer ta machine...
Tu me ferras la copie des rapport de AVG + A-squared free3.0
Pitbull féroce et vicieux VS Lamer, crasher...
Plus de mails,de n°tel,vos noms sur les posts !
