Probleme de son. Aidez moi

La famille( d'accueil) ou je suis vient de s'acheter un nouveau pc avec vista version basic. Ils avaient decide de ne pas prendre de hauts-parleur vu qu'il en avait deja( logitech R -10). On installe tout mais il, n'ay a aucun sons. Le reste c ok. Et c'est tjs le meme message d'erreur C00D11BA
