Blur with word

Hello,

I have a problem with blurriness when I want to insert a photo in Word.
The photo is sharp at the source (worked on Photoshop or Gimp) and as soon as I insert it in Word it becomes blurry...
Can someone tell me what SIZE AND RESOLUTION I need to give to my photo?

    Hello,

    How do you insert your photos? By simply using Ctrl+V (or Edit>Paste)? Or by Insert>Pictures>From file?

    In any case, I have indeed noticed a slight distortion in such cases.
    Then try copying your photo, then pasting it via Edit>Paste Special, and try the different insertion format options.
